Be careful calling it just vaginal dryness - it can be (and often is) VAGINAL ATROPHY / GSM which is vastly more serious and can/does kill women and leads to incontinence. It affects 80% women. It is often mistaken for UTIs, so repeated UTI symptoms in peri/post menopause is often an early sign of GSM/VVA. It also is one of the only perimenopause symptoms that continues after menopause and worsens until we die and therefore MUST be treated as early as possible. It must be taken seriously.

Some years ago I told my doctor not to prescribe me conjugated equine estrogens (CEEs) Prempak-C or Premarin (PREgnant MAres’ urINe = Premarin, which is derived from horses’ urine. This was on the grounds of the animal cruelty that the pregnant mares were subjected to in order to get the synthetic oestrogen, and the fact that it is associated with higher risks. Off the back of this video, I did some research to see if there were alternatives these days and I’m going to now ask for bioidentical hormones. Failing that, it appears that I may be able to ask for a referral to a Menopause Clinic or a Gynae-Endocrine Consultant.
I was dismissed from my employment with bupa, the misconduct was blatant, my probation review document was edited and updated after me receiving a copy, lockdown started, my colleagues had been provided and advised on how to login and work from home, I called management prior and asked for my login and information on Thursday, management said, no need, we have moved your probation review early, you relax, the review is on Wednesday, Please observe the clear indication as to a decision unfairly already made, as gov.uk states the review should be non bias and fair , also decision can only be made based upon the review, Knowing this, I represented myself to such a high standard, implemented vast amounts of references of my work, examples and tackled a completely negative review form, when gov.uk states it should be balanced , I took a 20 minute review average to over an hour with the amount of genuine reflection of my work, they still dismissed me, If they had not predetermined my dismissal then why was I excluded and isolated form the rest of my colleagues a week before my review? Same management had previous incidences of being accused of racism and inequality. I had no support or information about how to challenge this misconduct

Your crass RU-vid ad featuring a prominent black female among a group of assorted crayon-people is typical of the nonsense we in the real world have to endure Heaven forbid a white male is discovered in Bupa Wonderland. And Bupa's Facebook cover photo ("this is health") of an obese middle-aged women with breast uncovered may please the vocal minority but it is not something the silent majority - those who would be interested in your product - want to see. Might I suggest a public relations rethink, and the employment of crayon-people with an IQ of more than two and a half.
Both of my mom's parents passed of alzheimers / dementia. My mom is 62, not diagnosed, but she has some early onset symptoms which are very surprising and often frustrating. She often talks talks talks, sometimes asks me a question, I begin to answer, she continues to talk and I have to wait for her to stop talking and stare at her with my eyebrows raised until she looks at me and says, "What?". And I have to tell her, "You're doing it again. I still don't understand if your hearing has rapidly declined or if you just choose to ignore me everytime I talk. You ask me a question, I try to answer it, you talk over me, and then wonder why you still don't know the answer to the question. You also don't answer my questions half the time, and just ignore me." I thought for awhile that it had to be her hearing, but she shows no other signs of hearing loss (doesn't watch the TV or listen to music on a louder volume, doesn't ask people to speak up when she's on the phone). She also had a ten minute conversation with me which turned into an arguement when I was explaining to her that the time of her online Zoom meeting with someone in the UK (she lives in California) required her to subtract 7 hours from the UK time in order to find out the CA time of the appointment, but she insisted she needed to add 7 hours. I explained it several times, each time in a different way in hopes she would understand but she was very insistent she was right. Also, one day I was driving with her in the passenger seat and got in the lane to turn left. We were at a stop light about 2-3 minutes from home. As soon as I got in the left lane she angrily shouted that I can't go that way. I just looked at her with huge eyes like I was pissed for a few seconds and told her I didn't appreciate her shouting at me, especially something that is 100% wrong. She argued a bit more until the light turned green, I made the turn, and she was able to recognize something on that street... My dad just sat in the back seat quietly because he has terrible hearing haha.
