I just bought the Voyager, but just the headset with no usb and case. Im using it in my laptop and phone at the same time but with both my audio quality is bad like when your internet is failing. At first that was my first guess, my internet signal but then the same thing happened using my phone signal. So my question is should I get the USB BT connector for my laptop to fix it?
What's up, BronZe Banana! Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! I agree, the EPOS Impact 1000 has performed well across multiple environments. Appreciate you watching and supporting our channel!

I am really confused about the wiring for the OWL 4+. When the Owl is sitting on the confeerence room table, what cables need to be connected to it? What cabling options do i have for it to work? Just the POE network cable? Just the Power Cable? POE network cable & USB Connection to Computer? Power & USB connection to Computer? I am asking becasue in my use case, the computer is usually mounted behind the TV that is mounted on the wall in the conference room, and i am trying to minimize cabling - especially the USB all the way to the computer..
Hi Rene, are you in the United States? If so, it's best to hop on a video meeting from our Owl Labs Experience room to discuss. With Owl Labs solutions, there are multiple connectivity and configurations depending on the use case. For example, in the configuration in this video, the Meeting Owl 4+ and Whiteboard Owl are wirelessly paired with the Owl Bar. The Meeting Owl 4+ is connected only to power. Under the table, we have a docking station that powers laptops, and we have the display (via HDMI) and Owl Bar (via USB C) connected to the docking station. I then connected my computer to the USB-C cable from the docking station to gain access. Beyond connectivity, we need to understand the dimensions of the room, building materials, furniture layout, how the room is used, meeting platforms, etc. Feel free to reach out to us if you are in the US. I haven’t had an opportunity to test in a subway or bus but have tested in multiple environments. We don’t have those where I live. Check out this playlist. I have tested headsets in a car, next to a garbage truck, by lawnmowers, in hotel lobbies, airport terminals and even by a helicopter! 🚁 Headset Mic Tests ru-vid.com/group/PLOmK3KI8aDaVR64fuVXeMl4_AkNuJbMtE
Thanks again for your videos - they are always extremely helpful in my search for the perfect homeoffice, travelling, openoffice environment. As my beloved Plantronics 8200 is failing more often - aren't there any good Overear Headphones with Boom arm? My search for UC certified models only show the Yealink BH76 Plus, which didn't perform well in a testing scenario in our office (multiple people in same meeting) and the Evolve2 85 which I'm hesitant to buy, because I was clearly not happy with the evolve2 75 (sold them again) and my current Evolve2 Buds (lousy microphone ANC and bad sound - both compared to consumer headset Huawei Freebuds Pro).
Thank you so much for your feedback! I understand how frustrating it can be to find the right headset, especially when you're using it across different environments like home offices, traveling, and open offices. It sounds like you’re after an over-ear headset with a boom arm and solid UC certification. I agree that options are somewhat limited in this category. It's unfortunate that the Yealink BH76 Plus didn’t work well in your office environment, and I understand your hesitation with the Evolve2 85 after your experience with the Evolve2 75 and the Evolve2 Buds. Have you explored the new HP Poly Voyager Surround 80 and 85 UC series? www.hp.com/us-en/shop/mdp/hybrid-work/poly-voyager-surround-80-uc-series- They are the replacement models to the Poly Voyager 8200. Great video. I finally bought one after watching. Do you know whether the ear cushion can be removed/replaced because I tried to take apart it and find it difficult?
Great question, Daisy! You inspired me to create a video! Here's a how to replace Jabra Evolve2 30/ 30 SE ear cushion video! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-itkaWOWahEw.html Thanks for watching and supporting our channel!
Can you do another one of these videos that has a tv playing in the background and kids talking in the background in close distance too? I'm interested in only the headsets that have background noise cancellation and that are wired. Thank you.
Hi Brittany! It's on my list. I found a daycare that will allow me to film. I need to find a date/time to make it there. Please stay tuned! The new EPOS Impact 700 and 800 corded USB headsets have performed well. Check out this video where I test those models and others in a noisy coffee shop: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cSrUMW9wzPQ.html
Thanks for watching and supporting our channel! The Owl Labs devices like the Meeting Owl 4+, Owl Bar, and Whiteboard Owl use the “Owl Intelligence System,” which is managed via the Owl Labs mobile app (available for iOS and Android) or the web app on a computer. This app allows you to configure settings, manage updates, and adjust features for your Owl devices. Key features include: • 360° Smart Video: The Meeting Owl 4+ provides a panoramic view of the room, automatically focusing on active speakers. • Owl Connect: It allows you to pair two Owls (like the Meeting Owl 4+ and the Owl Bar) for enhanced video and audio in larger spaces. • Whiteboard Enhancement: The Whiteboard Owl uses AI to capture and enhance whiteboard content in real-time. • Automatic Updates: The system receives automatic updates, ensuring it stays up to date with new features and improvements. The app is free to download and manage the full functionality of Owl Labs products. Let me know if you’d like more detailed steps for installation or setup! Here’s the link resources.owllabs.com/app-download
Thank you for sharing your feedback! I agree! I prefer the hard case over the soft bag. I’ll share with Logitech. Appreciate you supporting our channel!
Awesome, Paul! Thanks so much watching and sharing your feedback! It means a lot and inspires me to keep making these videos! Appreciate you supporting our channel!
Read Amazon reviews, this model has something wrong in its design! After purchase, I couldn't complete any meeting due to a voice cut problem, I changed the pc and tried it with mobiles, the same problem and when I read the same issue in Amazon comments I realised that it is a common issue in 65 flex model
I haven't experienced this issue. Did you download Jabra Direct and ensure software and firmware of headset and dongle are up to date? Have you contacted Jabra Support? If purchased through an Authorized Jabra Reseller, it should include a 2-Year Warranty. www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-evolve2-65-flex/26699-999-899-01/contact-support Please keep us posted.
Hi Rolf, Yes, you can pair the Shokz Opencomm2 UC with two mobile devices simultaneously, thanks to its Bluetooth multipoint feature. This allows you to connect to two devices, like a smartphone and a tablet (or two mobile phones), at the same time. If you're on a call with one mobile phone and the second phone starts ringing, the headset will prioritize your active call. The second phone's ringing won't interrupt the call, though you may hear a notification tone or vibration, depending on your phone settings. You can manually switch between calls if needed. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi Lonfellow! The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is one of the most comfortable headsets I've tested. Here's a blog I wrote where I share my Top 5 Most Comfortable UC Bluetooth headsets: calloneinc.com/top-5-most-comfortable-uc-bluetooth-headsets/
If it is not too much trouble, can please you recommend the top 5 best headsets that passed your type tests? Like, NO typing sounds? I work with clients all day over the computer and I type to take notes at the same time and I really want absolutely NO typing sounds. Thank you! I enjoy how thorough your videos are.
Thank you so much for your feedback and request, goahntherapy! One of the reasons I started including Teams and Zoom recordings in my tests is because their AI Noise Suppression adds an extra layer of noise cancellation, based on my experience. While some headset mics perform well on their own, combining them with Teams Voice Isolation or Zoom Personalized Audio Isolation can make a noticeable difference. Out of curiosity, which voice or video platforms do you primarily use? Most headset mics will pick up some initial background noise, and the noise-canceling technology will do its best to suppress it. I've noticed that some mics excel at canceling noise when you're not speaking, though you might hear faint background sounds when you start talking. Your comment has inspired me to create a headset mic vs. keyboard typing comparison video without any additional noise suppression. Based on my previous tests, headsets like the EPOS Impact 1000, 800, and 700 series, the Jabra Evolve2 55 series, the HP Poly Voyager Focus 2, and the Yealink WH64 and BH70 models should perform well. Thanks again for watching and supporting the channel! Stay tuned for more!
Hi Rafael! Thank you so much for your feedback and supporting our channel! I have a new batch of webcams lined up to create another one of these! Stay tuned!
Hi there! The Jabra Link 950 allows you to connect (compatible) Jabra USB headsets and connect them to a desk phone that don't support or have USB ports for headsets. This is ideal for organizations with older desk phones. I hope this helps.
Hi xxMissLadyy! I appreciate you watching and sharing your input! Logitech has a full line of headsets. This particular model is attractive to large enterprises due to the low price compared to other UC Bluetooth headsets certified for Microsoft Teams. What headsets do you use or recommend?
The Jabra Evolve2 65 can be paired with up to 8 devices but can only connect to a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously. One of these connected devices can be the Jabra Link 380 Bluetooth adapter (dongle) while the other can be a smartphone or another Bluetooth-enabled device. Switching between Connected Devices: While you can be connected to two devices at the same time, only one device can stream audio at any given moment. To switch the audio stream between the connected devices, you typically need to pause the audio on the current device and then play audio on the other connected device. The headset should automatically switch the audio stream to the device that is actively playing audio. Important Notes: If you attempt to pair a 9th device, it will replace the oldest paired device in the headset's memory. Though connected to two devices simultaneously, you can only have an active call on one device at a time. Incoming calls will typically take priority over audio streaming, regardless of the device the call is coming from. If you have trouble switching between devices or experience any other connectivity issues, consult the Jabra Evolve2 65 user manual or contact Jabra support for further assistance. www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-evolve2-65/26599-999-899/contact-support
HI Markus! Thanks for sharing your feedback. You can turn off the panoramic view via the Owl Labs app. There are a lot of different viewing options. You can even unpair the Meeting Owl 4+ and use the Owl Bar front of room video bar only. Again, multiple options.
Hi Sandra! Thanks for watching and supporting our channel! Here's what Jabra had to say: it is likely caused by the connection point and noise cancellation. In any situation like that, some audio needs to be heard before the algorithm knows what to reduce. Jabra asks you contact them directly if you have more questions. www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-biz-1500/1553-0159/contact-support
Great question. Let me see if I can get Logitech to send me a Mechanical Keyboard so I can test and create a video! Thanks for watching and your question!
About the Poly Voyager 2: The Poly software is very wonky and often causes Windows to not be able to use the device after sleeping for a while, and to recover functionality you have to force it to close from task manager (I have tested this in two computers). Having it closed means you lose some functionality. Also, the frame is VERY FRAGILE for such an expensive headset. Other than that, it has great microphone noise cancelling, decent ANC, and with the dongle you have a huge range of movement. I have easily moved 12-14 mts away from my computer while not losing audio quality.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Poly Voyager Focus 2, Donlvar! This type of information is beneficial for our viewers! Appreciate you supporting our channel
Coolpo Ignite did really, really well for the price. To my ears, EPOS IMPACT 760T was the best, even better than 840T. 840T had more artefacts, 760T was more natural
Hi Martin! Thank you for sharing your feedback! Yes, for the price, the CoolPo Ignite performed well. The new EPOS Impact 700 and 800 series have been performing very well!
Thanks so much for watching and supporting our channel! Based on my tests across multiple brands and models, the answer is, no. The decibel level of crying babies can range from 100 to 120 decibels. This is considered very loud. What is your use case? What will you be connecting or pairing the headset to? What voice./video platforms are you using? i.e. Teams, Zoom, Webex, RingCentral, Avaya, etc Here is a Headset Mic Test video playlist ru-vid.com/group/PLOmK3KI8aDaVR64fuVXeMl4_AkNuJbMtE
Thank you great video one thing I worry about is when people here me breath loudly I do speak a lot and make sure to pause but I get heavy breathing when using headsets the Blue Yeti Mic has been really good with the boom filter whenever I am speaking as it does not get my breathing and no background noise even when there is a lawnmower going on full speed outside my window and I have loud air fans on as well and no noise. I did notice in your examples all the headsets did get the loud breathing noise whenever you would pause except of course for the last ones 😂
Hi LaxLyfters! Thank you for supporting our channel and sharing your experience with the Blue Yeti Mic. I have one of those and went through a phase where I used it as my microphone. I test so many audio devices, and I am constantly cycling through them. But yep, apparently I'm a heavy breather! 😁
Hi John, the results are based on my setup. I had an HP Spectre laptop running Windows 10 when I filmed this video. I don't do anything special. I removed it from the box and connected it to my laptop. I ensure Jabra Direct software and headset firmware are up to date. What is your setup and work environment?
Hi محمد الصميدع! Thanks for watching and supporting our channel. The jury is still out for 2024 and we're close to 2025. "Best" is subjective based on your preferences, environment, and use case. Tell me about your use case and I'll provide guidance.
Great question, Dieter! Here's what I experienced. I started a Zoom meeting using the WH64 as my audio source. I then had my wife call my mobile phone that was also paired to the Yealink WH64. When my mobile phone rings, I have the option to answer directly from the phone. Once I answer mobile call manually, I have the option to switch audio via my phone to WH64. If I switch audio, my Zoom meeting continues, however, because I am now using my WH64 for audio source for my mobile phone call, I lose audio in Zoom meeting. Once I end mobile call, audio automatically switched back to the WH64 for the Zoom meeting. I hope this helps.
Sir, we're gonna need some budget (<$100) recs/comparisons 🙏 Need to sound good on the virtual job interview before landing a job that will providebus the income for $250+ headsets

when you are a technician and you work on a manchine sometimes you have to call your dispo or 2nd level support and then you need the best calling equipment.
Hi Booma! Thank you so very much for sharing this real-world use case! What headsets have you used that worked well? Are you connecting to a mobile device or computer? What are some key features for a headset to have to support this use case?
@@CallOneInc I've tried jabra elite 10, reviews said it's the best true wireless inears for calls but for some unknown reason people hear me twice when only use one inear on my apple 15 phone I'm still looking I will try jabra talk 65.
Thanks for the video! I wish I could get my blue parrot 550 to respond the way you show in the video. I have the blue parrot app installed, and it requires me to press the blue parrot button in order for it to receive a voice command.sorry if I’m missing something. Thanks again!
