@@ciphercode2298 m loving this saw too. Very impressed. I got the own dog on eBay, $21. East coast guy here no need for giant dogs. Biggest bark I have around here is locust. Don’t run into it a lot.
@@zarly59 Thank you, yeah me too. I live in southern West Virginia. The big dogs ya see on youtube look cool, but just aren't needed here. I'll give ebay a look, thanks again
A buddy of mine where I used to work had an older Troy. We used to have Tiller Talk at coffee breaks. I had a 1946 Graham Paige B1-6. Had a till-off one day, Graham Paige won.
First actual use I've seen of the light 06 bar. Isnt it set up for .325 chain? So you switched your 3/8 sprocket for a 325? Wanting to try one on my ms310.
My 362 came with the 04 20” bar 3/8. I bought the 06 on eBay with a decent chain for $105. New. Was a bit nose heavy with the 06. Now using the es light 25” and is balanced perfectly.
if you care: here are the weights: standard 25" = 3 pounds 10 ounces, light 06 25" = 2 pounds 14.9 ounces, and light ES = 2 pounds 9.4 ounces. so even the 06 bar is a full pound lighter than the standard.
@@zarly59 very interesting, I appreciate your providing that. My ms 310 is my middle firewood saw,and being a farm and ranch it's kinda heavy for what it is. It's always been a good saw though,no complaints. My ms441c is dead and I cant quite afford to replace it just yet,so I've gotta improvise some. Thanks again.
We dont give out the locations due to too many people who dont care aboput the land. i suggest you look into joining aclub in the area. its the best way to go. J
