Just an observation, but this looks like a macroburst rather than a microburst. Microbursts are usually much smaller (look at videos of rain bombs). This takes up nearly the entire cell which would be a macroburst. Once established that outflow starts literally dragging the storm with it. These storm cells can reach forward speeds of up to 80 mph with winds of up to 150 mph. This not only gives these storms (including even down to individual cells) a bow shape, but the forward speed gives you very little time to reach shelter (or at least the lee side of a building). Yes they usually do look like a wall coming in, because they literally are. It's an extremely dense and intense wall of rain and hail driving these storms. Overall an extremely dangerous yet very impressive display of nature's power.
