Having a blast sitting at my computer for hours editing and waiting for RENDERS! When people see a video with VFX and say 'oh that's cool' , that honestly is a slap to the GO-NADS!
The hardwork you put into this video, and you are a channel with 200+ subscribers only. I have no words to praise you. Thanks for such High Quality content.
Great video, thank you. Do you know if there is tweaking possible in the use of hand movements, timing in relation to emphasis of words (sound) and _timing_ of hand/arm-movement? That’s the part that gives it away as a clone the most, for me.
Dude! Just subscribed man! You have done an EXCELLENT job breaking down how to maximize your opportunity with HeyGen. I’m looking to sign up for their service soon. But honestly this video is BY FAR the best video I’ve seen on this topic. Keep up the GREAT work! 💯💪🏾
Great info, thanks Heygen is fantastic software but their tutorials and support sucks How do I create videos USING MY AVATAR. All instructions are with using the pre made avatar. I want to use MY avatar with MY script and MY voice. I can't find instructions All instructions are about creating your avatar or creating videos with stock avatars. Btw I have the Creator plan
@@EvanOelschlaeger I get that, for me it’s about the amount of despicable income I have at the moment, if I had more then I would definitely experiment more.
Hi Kota! Great tutorial! I have used HeyGen and was interested in how to improve my avatar's voice. Got a lot of inspiration from you 🎉 Do you know if HeyGen can resuse and train an avatar if you upload a cloned voice from elevenlabs? I would really like to not have to go back and forth between the two programs every time I need my avatar to say something new. Just subscribed to your channel, great content!
That is a great question! I’m honestly not to sure. To keep realistic results the best, is I record a script using my actual voice to a phone or podcast mic. Then I upload that straight into HeyGen. Takes a little more time, but sounds way better!
@thekotafilms Thank you for replying! I'll be sure to try that method out. I am going to do a project with a client, who won't be available when we might be needing ro do updates. Hence, the reason for my question. Oh well, we'll try it out and see what we can do. Looking forward to following you for more interesting tutorials and tips. All the best!
So far HeyGen has been disappointing. Yeah this is a bust, if you don't have a decent video camera. If I had a decent video camera in the first place, I wouldn't need this. I can't even get it to use one of their avatats, and PhotoAvatar is some kind of bad joke.
Awesome... after a long time i saw a complete tutorial without skipping, pure knowledge and answered nearly all questions, but I have one question can we change outfit and styling of our ai avatar or its gonna wear the same costume in all the videos😢
Appreciate it! Unfortunately that’s the thing, you CANT change your avatar clothing. What I would do is make as much content as you can with 1 avatar. (10-20 pieces) and then delete it and create a new avatar (the way I shows in the video) and have a different outfit and background.
Pretty good, though when you zoomed in I could tell something was off about the trash can. It was a little bit the lighting and a little bit the textures
Hey Kota , I really like your video. Very informative ! I recently signed up for the cheapest plan on HeyGen . I thought that the voice clone was part of the $79 a month fine tune . Does The program you use make a better voice clone ? It certainly does sound cheaper. I would rather be able to save some money ! I am hoping that the uploaded audio will sync well enough in HeyGen , so I don’t have to spend the money on the fine tune ! I use logic Pro for audio and I also have a recording booth so that’s no problem. I use Final Cut Pro for the video.. Let me know if you have a chance! Thanks Mike
Hey! I really appreciate the comment! Great question! For me the best results go in this order: 1. You will get the best results if you just record your script into a microphone. If you already have your script written out and you just want to record it into your favorite recording software (Adobe Audition, Audictity... where ever you record your audio) Edit it exactly how you want it to be. Take out all the "umms... ohh....but... awkward parts" and upload that straight into HeyGen. I get the best results that way. CON: It does take time to do, but compared to filming, it's much faster, and it will sound that much better once you just throw that final audio into HeyGen. 2. Using ELEVENLABS to clone your voice. I didn't find to much a different in ELEVENLABS to pay to get your voice digitally cloned. I put in 1 hour worth of clean podcast audio and waited 6 weeks to return the voice. It didn't come out how I wanted. 3. HeyGen has a lot of work to do when it comes to cloning voices. They are trying to compete with ELEVENLABS to clone your voice, but they have a long way to go. You are paying the $79 /month for the Finetune and other features that come with it. My option every time is #1 on the list (Especially when it comes to short form content) I just write out my script, record the audio on my mic, and then edit the audio to the final product. Then I upload to HeyGen with the Finetune Avatar I have, and add Broll and graphics on top. All softwares are always learning and improving. Just keeping messing around with it to get it to the way you like. I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need more help! -Kota
