After 911, the authorities rescinded the ability to fish out of the NYC reservoirs. I guess they let us fish again? I moved out of metro NY in 2003 to take a job out of state. I remember the boats placed upside down on the banks of the shore. Must be lots of fish & not a lot of fisherman. Must be some good size fish there?
Those first fish were truly disgusting looking and quite unhealthy, gosh! Guessing that’s caused by a mostly pellet diet and unnatural conditions - escapees from cages, etc? Waited the whole film to see the mutant which was actually healthy looking. Appreciate the filming guys!
Awesome channel man! This is on My bucket list!! haul my jon boat down and rent an air bnb on a canal and fish for several days!! Would love to catch them on the flyrod!
I thought about this just today, I want to become a kayak fishing guide, but of course safety comes first, and a kayak fishing guide has a lot of responsibilities, because people drowned and can get killed so it's no joke. Of course you can't just fish and have a good time if you're bringing people on the water. Your mistake or mis watch can be there death, So I understand that it's very dangerous and that you have lots of responsibilities, but it's amazing that you don't need a license to guide people, but if you want to be regular how do you make them pay for a trip without insurance or any legal obligations?
You guy's tackle too small, what lb test you guys have probably small, gotta get at least 15lb or better then you might have a chance...plus walking a little far gotta take extra gears like extra reel or maybe extra spool....or mobeta stay home clean the yard if you cannot catch one good fish🤣🤣
@@havntseenhim actually all the 3 boats and 10 cars I owned in my life all been bought by myself☺️ parents never handed me anything money, just food buddy.
Had to be easiest guide trip ever. Why? Both your clients really knew what they were doing and that Danny was kicking butt and taking names! Those guys had skills! I just love excellence in any endeavor so yeah, that was epic. Scott, you are a great guide. You know when to help and also know when to back off and let them fish. Great video!
