Not sure if you’ll see this since this is an older video but hopefully you finally secured your gas bottle. We just started watching you and really like your videos but it’s dangerous if the bottle is not secured.
He dont even know the difference between a timber and a board people need to pray for him if a tornado ever comes through because he not gonna make it what an idiot
I dont think i want to be inside a wooden storm shelter during a tornado he obviously didnt see the footage of rolling fork ms after a rated ef4 that xhoulda been rated a ef5 but to each his on something like that i wouldnt cheap out on he must not think much of his family and hisself i feel like that was a stupid waste of money that coulda been put toward a real storm shelterand he got 3/16 screws holding it to that slab
You obviously didn't watch any of the series and learn where I live. Florida, we don't get those monster tornados and we can't build in ground due to water levels and rain. I'm far more protected than the hundreds of millions of people sitting in their sheet rock homes. Your comment of screws shows your quick judgment as well. The structure is held down with 16 huge Simpson strong ties with Titen HD bolts.
Grasshoppers are no doubt bad ass mowers but unless you own a landscaping business or are just a rich sumbitch you can't afford one. And if you are well enough off that you can afford one, then you probably ain't cutting your own grass..
Absolutely disagree with this. Some people have properties and LOVE cutting their own grass and taking care of their place. Some people also love quality equipment, no different than someone wanting a quality vehicle, boat, watch, tool or tractor. Often in life you get what you pay for.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Great video showing the properties of the bifacial panels. Would be interesting if you could video a line chart of your power output and overlay it to your videos. You could then see in the video the affect in sync to the video. You never know what nuances you might find. Might be worth trying to mount the panels in a vertical orientation. I’ve heard that is the latest craze, you make more power in the morning and evening, typically when needed by the power grid. Understandably not really relevant for you but the part I like is they should be less susceptible to damage from things like hail and could possibly be used in an urban setting as a replacement to a fence.
I love how you have developed your property. I am amazed at how you are able to do anything you try. Is Tiffany still working outside the home? Love seeing you work together.
If you're worried about mirrors breaking and creating a mess you could always add a thin layer of something like Fiberglass or similar to car windows- a thin layer of some adhesive material so that if it does break it'll all stay together and not make a mess. Nice experiment! I love this sort of tinkering.
Hi Inoticed your telephone pole has a slight wobble. You can fix that by hollowing out the bottom of the pole like you would see on a wine bottle. About to to 3 inches from the edge of the pole. For some reason that concave area on the bottom keeps the wood from wobbling. Blacksmiths use to do this to the logs they mounted their avils on. Loved the video ❤
I buy kite string reels, it's a tip I share from time to time. It makes rolling up the string so easy and you can lay out over a 1000 feet. amzn.to/4e7wuTs
I dont know much solar panels but if I have two 100 watts solar panels and I get someone to connect them for me in parallel for usage on my solar generator, after connecting them in parallel will I get a total of 200 watts coming from the sun to charge my solar generator? My solar generator has maximum amp of 8.5. If the amps double after connecting in parallel will this damage my solar generator??
It doesn't matter if you connect parallel or series, your wattage will always increase. Most panels are at least 5 amps, so if you connect in parallel you are going to go over the maximum for your generator. You need to connect in series doubling your voltage, but always refer to the generators specs first.
I have the same unit in my tank. I can't believe the engineers at American Standard thought this was an improved design. First off, I didn't see anywhere in your video if it's possible to replace JUST the blistered gasket ? The previous design had a black lock nut on top of the green flapper cover that you could unscrew. Then you could replace JUST the gasket. This new design eliminated that black lock nut. Even if I was able to remove the flapper cover as you describe in your video, can you replace JUST the "blistered" gasket ? If you have to replace the entire top flapper piece which comes with a new gasket, I don't see where you're saving any money since you would have to buy the entire flush valve assembly just to replace the gasket !
First… I REALLY appreciate whom ever donates memberships. (Adam?) Being on disability I can’t spend extra on patreon or memberships. I really love the channel, have learned so much. Ok, now an off topic question… TIFFANY… do you wear a specific type of tank top? I have lost enough weight (low carb) that I need to get a few smaller everyday tank tops. The tanks you wear have nice coverage. I am a busty gal and so many tanks have such huge arm holes modesty is lost.🫣🙀
I would like to see you make some brackets so that you can mount a string trimmer and maybe a hedge trimmer onto the roll bar for when you're mowing far away from your garage.
Great video , I’ve been sharpening my mower blades for years , I use a bench grinder, I’m not getting the angle exactly right I’m sure but I do save money by not tossing blades until they’re done , thank you for sharing .
Really well thought out and built table Andrew! As a welder/ fabricator for the last 46 years I know exactly what you mean about workjng off of the floor, my knees are both shot! I especially like that you didn't permanently mount your bench grinder and vice to the table, I've always said that that's the best way to ruin a perfectly good welding table!
Not bad, not bad at all, the new build. Only thing I would have done differently is put the fire pit on a concrete slab. If I did that here, like that it would sink over time. About 1 to 2 inches a year, but your soil is way better than what I have here.
I'm looking for that 10 second video that gives me all of your years of experience and makes me a professional 😂. I do appreciate you making this video, me and my buddy are going to install one today 😬. Alkahall😬😬😬
Hi. I stumbled across this channel, but I'm curious. Why would you sacrifice a whole day on mowing a huge grass yard? Do you sell the grass clippings? If there are no animals eating it, what's the point in having 30 acres of grass? Do you play soccer on it? Or golf? Why not farm it? Or plant something that you don't have to mow down?
