Madam, मुझे मेरे service provider ने cashless इलाज के लिए अपने पैनल hospital मे भेजा, पैनल hospital ने बताया कि आपके पैनल मे covid test नहीं है और test का payment outsourced agency को देने को कहा. बाद मे मैने अपने service provider को legal notice भेज कर Rs. 900/- को settle करने को कहा. Notice के reply मे service provider ने Rs. 900/- का bill जमा कर payment देने की बात accept की .. लेकिन बाद मे Written statement मे गुमराह करते हुए payment करने से मना कर दिया और कहा "Rs. 900/- कि payment के लिए मेरा पैनल hospital जिम्मेदार है, उसको party बना कर hospital से payment लो... क्या estopple का principle इस case मे मेरे service provider पर estopple लगेगा..?

It gets established that the FIR was false and that the FIR Lodger suppressed material facts from court as well as from I/O of police. The police declares the case to be civil in nature and files a Final Report in court (The FIR Lodger got the FIR lodged through court by suppressing material facts) It gets proved that the validity of FIR itself is therefore questioned as and the FIR Lodger is 1. Guilty of perjury 2. Contempt of court 3. FIR was falsely lodged against section 420,467,468,471,120B. Also it gets established that both FIR Lodger and I/O violated doctrine of priority. In such event what action can be taken against this FIR Lodger and I/O. Can this FIR Lodger still be allowed to file protest petition
