Fantastic van had two now never disappointed me first one some idiot wrote me off in a bad crash and it saved/protected us fantastic that’s why I went and bought another!!
My 2007 last of the line is Dyno'd at 197bhp, bilstein b6 shock absorbers with eibach 30mm lowering springs, stage one tune. Rear anti roll bar upgrade and bigger 6y rear axle, absolutely love the PD
Hiya pal. I just purchased a rear diffuser but found my tailpipes wee closer together than the actual fit.. how did you get around this please? Thanks.
used to be my car gear box went on me you should have a nice reconditioned in that its also been in a crash which the dealer didnt tell me i found glass in the gear box
A bit louder yes, non resonated being louder than resonated. If it has a GPF, your best bet is buying a decat and downpipe if you want noise (also better performance)
I'm from Australia and I have a corolla with the same vvtli 1.8 engine except it's called a sportivo they are essentially the same car I think I love hearing the little 1.8 scream to nearly 9000 rpm and they are definitely a underrated car great video keep it up
Mmm interesting Willy waggling numbers think it’s all about torque, seems he has a DPF removed by the sound of the exhaust and turbo spool so a DPF delete and an intercooler will be short of 400 unless it’s cammed and some fuelling. I have a similar setup to this and sub 400, lots of guys on the tube showing the actuals
Thanks for that! I had the oil and spanner symbol but it’s not due a service yet and every time I started the van it would beep and tell me the oil was due to be changed when it’s not. That’s done the trick, very helpful video thank you 👍🏻
What you’ve done to it is 100% not for me. You say this is an EP3 killer. I drive one of these. It’s not even close to an EP3. If you want to race an EP3, you’ll get gapped every time assuming both cars are standard. In the corners, the Type R is miles better. On the straights the Civic is faster. There’s a reason why the Corolla never caught on as well as the Type R. It’s because the Type R, for fast driving, is a much better and more focused car. Where the Civic enthusiastically corners, the Corolla understeers, pitches and dives. Don’t get me wrong. These are good cars. I love mine. However, if you want a hot hatch straight out of the box that’s going to handle like it’s on rails, this is NOT the car for you. To get a T-Sport to handle, you’re gonna need to invest in the suspension and chassis. I made this comment because the thumbnail and title is, in my opinion, misleading.
true that this is not really a ep3 killer, but for comparison a 2k corolla vs a 7-9k ep3 is crazy, the 4 door version corolla TS in my opinion is just so much better
Do you still have this car if so what else have you done I have one and look similar to yours but I have got carbon wing mirrors and so on check it out
sometimes it’s not all about adding value, most people have their cars and upgrade them becasue they want to and they like it not so much to increase the value
Come down south see some real vxr’s that one will be dead in a few thousand miles get that map off and build the car right you will be happy when you do
