Wow, I have heard so much good things about the carnivore diet, that I’m going to ease into it. But I will do keto/carnivore, instead of a strict carnivore diet. I won’t be subscribing!
Dr. Weil is very smart and has a lot of great information. But I do not agree with his stance on animal consumption. He is right about factory farming being terrible for the environment... but that can be said about vegetable, corn, and soy farms as well. They're equally bad for the environment and soil. I wish he would look into regenerative farming practices. Would be interested in his perspective on a system done right.
You sir have a belly. And you arms and legs look flabby. Sorry. I’m gonna trust a doctor who looks like he’s fit as a fiddle. I am 100% carnivore and it is healing my anxiety and many other mental health issues I suffer from. I am anemic and the red meat helps with that as well. Feeling much better.
Actually, cows are one of THE BEST THINGS for the soil, the grass and plants, and the environment. Do you know that those at the top who want to depopulate the Earth are the ones behind Climate Change? Did you know that CO2 not only makes plants, grass, trees grow, but it makes them grow faster, thicker, and more abundantly?!? And, the last point, eating carnivore gets rid of practically all your inflammation and reverses autoimmune diseases/disorders (haven’t found one that hasn’t been reversed or improved), and it reverses Type 2 Diabetes, decreases the need for insulin with Type 1 Diabetes, helps balance and bring up the necessary hormones, starves cancers, lessens horrible menstrual symptoms, and so much more. You should go brush up on the Carnivore Diet. Start with these doctors who used to be where you are in your mindset and then have seen and experienced carnivore and have done deeper research and have found the Rockefeller funded and Big Pharma medical school “edu action” system to be incorrect and corrupted by money and greed. I am carnivore for 14 months and I am the healthiest I have ever been. Did Keto for two years with plenty of vegetables and felt like crap, inflammation every where, high blood pressure, skin issues joint pain, weak eyes, reflux, sleep apnea and very loud snoring. All that stoped after being on the carnivore diet a few months. The reflux stopped immediately and I lost 80 pounds. I am still about 30 pounds overweight but I have never felt better that’s including when I was young and at my appropriate weight of 185 pounds. BTW, meat has all essential micronutrients if you eat from head to tail.
