The hydraulic tappets need to be cleaned up, oxygen sensor need replacement, catalytic converter need to be cleaned out before changing the sensors ( both of them), injectors need some attention and you should inspect the interior of engine if there is calamine on the valves . In other words, an entire rebuild. Also change the valve stem seals.

@@Azztecs I have the same problem now but i change both sensor oxygen we delete errors and still same after 2 mounths we check errors and i have same error for sensor oxygen what is the problem it was 2 mounths only on this sensor oxygen and again error code ?
Is your timing belt appropriately set? If yes, please make it checked again. Because your engine is vibrating too much. I had same issue 3 months ago, and I got rid of it after I met a mechanical who had so much knowledge about Fiat engines. He helped me with setting the timing belt again, it is such a milimmetric thing. Those engines are so sensitive and you need to make so much effort to have the best settings. Beside of the Lambda sensor, please also check your timing belt if everything with it is okay or not.

I had same problem, fixed it by changing 1 fusion rod out of 4 you have, average consumption was 18l/100km, due to fusion rod malfunction. 1 out of 4 engine blocks couldnt get ignition spark, what happens then is raw gas was flushed through exhaust pipe, and rpm meter was never below 1400 rpm in neutral shift as expected...

remove engine mask, and those 4 cables that connect ignition coils with car batery, try to move each of them, they should stay still if they are working, if they are moving just a lil bit then odds are they are broke, the cost for 1 was aprox. 25 euros for me.

Toate motoarele de fiat 1.6 L 16 valve au aceiasi problema ca e la rece sau la cald motorul va avea aceste probleme ... soft ECU ... poti sa schimbi fise bujii bobine ... chiloasa data la rectificat schimbat supape bla bla bla dupa 100 de km face la fel ... :D
Nu am inteles ce problema avea tipul. Probabil relantiu instabil. Asa e? Cred ca sunt fiselede vina. Daca aveti noutati, sa imi spuneti, va rosg. Sunt din Iasi.

ja nie mam nic przeciwko ochroniarzom (myślącym), zupełnie, nie jestem uprzedzony do absolutnie żadnego zawodu, i mam świadomość że często to nie łatwa praca. Natomiast dla bezmyślnych czy to ochroniarzy czy kierowców, czy sprzedawców jabłek, jestem mniej przychylny.
