This was so raw The example of your father's addiction and the letter you wrote was extremely powerful and struck home with me "What is this leading to?" will become my motivation. Such a simple sentence but such a good way to clear the bullshit . You contnue to teach more than you know. Thank you
Yes, she is unstoppable. It was amazing how much our attitudes played a part in getting through that time. Thanks for tuning in and checking out the podcast. I have my eye on your upcoming race and on the edge of my seat!
That corner will forever be named "Myra's corner" to me. It's so inspiring to hear that some good came from a tragedy and that this good was possible because of a conscious ability to create it. This ability is one of many I'm learning to develop through this podcast. Congratulations on the 50 and I appreciate your guidance more than I could ever explain.
Thanks for asking. I forgot to credit the composer on this one. It is Serenata Espanola by Joaquin Malats. We just turned it into a No Bow Tie groove, ready for dancing!
Dane, so glad it took you back. We have many wonderful surprises yet to come. I could not be more excited about the coming year for No Bow Tie as it will be all about YOU! Get ready to move up a level in your happiness. Cheers!
Wow! I’ll bet that woman died from loneliness after you left. You were probably the only person that made a difference (at that time) in Elsie’s life. 😇
I believe you are right. It may not be that my leaving left her to die as much as someone making her feel important made her want to live. I think we are all like that.
Great video John! I had not heard the Houdini story...that's a classic. Another similar event to the Bob Dylan going electric would be Stravinsky's ballet The Rite of Spring...it was said to have caused rioting. Great music at the end as usual!
Thank you for sharing the cabin with me. I'm sitting waiting for minor surgery and you lifted me out of this place. I think this video is a masterpiece, and "Dance in the Rain" gives me goosebumps. Thank you
That's Riley Day on rhythm guitar. Possibly the greatest musician I have known personally. His bass playing is the highest caliber. Check out his band Day Dream!
Stewing in the past gets us just that, what is done and gone comes back and it isn't real. It's no more "real" than Santa Claus on Christmas morning. It just isn't🎅
