Mystery solved. With a name like Canon, you'd think they would be gold. Man, I like it when it turns out to be a quick, simple fix, and it doesn't cost much. They were pretty dirty. 👍👍
Yes I'm speechless, also got a claim started with Amazon for the same thing. There is a common denominator that I think you have already guessed. I'm going to install farmer spike strips next 😂
I remember cutting my neighbor's lawn with one just like it when I was 14. I have a newer silver series sitting in my shed that needs a carb. Probably will never do anything with it though.
I bought a brand-new Lawn Boy Utility mower in 1980 when I had just purchased my home. It was a cheap 2-cycle mower and I was a little strapped for cash after getting the house. I had planned on getting better mower a few years later. That was 44 years ago and I still have it. So far, I replaced two wheels, a carb needle and seat. The elastic on the bag wore out so I use a couple of spring type clothes pins. After owning it a few years I learned the ways of a 2-cycle engine and it still starts on the first pull every spring. That mower and I are still best buddies. Its getting a few pinholes in the deck near the discharge chute but that's nothing a little JB Weld couldn't address. That was one of the best purchases I ever made in my life.
Greg, do you know how to fix a broken leaf blower? My husband broke his, the cord came out! Thanks, Gregggg111 you explain really well how to fix stuff!
