I am currently looking into a document management system for my organization where i could manage large company file and in some cases audio files. Is ClickUp an option
NO contracts can be attached to LEAD FORMS as an automation as in the SCHEDULER AUTOMATED SYSTEM. It is an additional step on our side and additional step on our client's side too. So annoying how this is not a smooth transition. Or have you figured out another way? Please share

For example, you mentioned that with this client, you only want to share a task view, so you just share the link. What would you do if you want to share the task view, a dashboard, and the Gantt view? Or if you want the client to be able to modify or add tasks? Thank you!!
Hey! When you click the "Group" button you will need to choose the custom field by name. So let's suppose you created a custom field named "Phase." You'll need to select Group by Phase in order for it to work. Hope that makes sense 😄

I have used Asana for a few years, but interested in the features ClickUp offers, especially since it is a more cost-effective option. We currently use FollowUpBoss (real estate specific CRM), but looking into what sort of tool provides a mix of CRM + project management.

The template is not importing on my end 🥲, After selecting what space area I want it, it redirect me to a white clickup screen, and when i refresh the template is not imported.
Hi Kristi, I am a coach and your videos are SO valuable! Do you know if there is a workaround to have the client self-schedule multiple sessions (i.e. book a weekly time slot and then if the client needs to reschedule they can own that). I have only seen the client can repeatedly schedule 1 offs which is tedious for a weekly coaching session offering that spans many weeks/months. Any ideas?

Hey! There is a "stop recurring" button that you can press, and if you expire the file then it will shut off the payments. Hope that helps! You can always chat with HB support through the chat in the bottom right corner as well and they can double-check that everything is turned off for you.
In clickUp can we setup hierarchal views? As in I have a different view, my reporting manager has different view of dashboard and can see my tasks and our founder has access to both of our tasks and his dashboard is different?
For sure! You can set up different dashboards and different views for team members depending on the data you want them to see. Now this does not necessarily mean the data is private. For example, if you want to keep data secure for certain team members, then you will want to make the list, task, folder, etc. private. So essentially when creating views or dashboards, the members will only see what they have access to. Hope that helps!

This was very helpful! I do have a question though. I think I saw in the payment process that you could change the number of sessions per payment. So could I have a client make a payment for every two sessions and then the scheduler would only let them schedule the next two sessions until they made to next payment? My package would be set up: 3 payments for 6 sessions/ 6 payments for 12 sessions
Great question! So for the new "service based scheduling" your client can only schedule one session at a time. So they would need to book and pay for every individual session. Here is a help article: help.honeybook.com/en/articles/8891130-adding-services-with-scheduling

Unfortunately you can only select one clickup space at time currently. My tasks are spread across multiple clickup spaces. If they can allow an 'all spaces' view then Morgen is the clear leader in this type of tool. Akiflow is probably better for now.
Motion don't integrate to other task managers. They want to be your actual task/project manager. Unfortunately they have a long way to go in the development of their task/project features.
@@timjasper thank you, that makes sense!! I use ClickUp to run my Copywriting Studio (and love it) but want automated scheduling, so I’m thinking something like Reclaim AI might be a better fit for me

Do you offer one-on-one tutorials for users who have never used Honeybook? I'm most interested in utilizing the scheduler tools, email marketing tools, and automation for drip marketing campaigns... which I really need schooled on those as well.
