I have maintained an interest in car washing since I was a little kid. Growing up watching numerous car wash videos on this very platform, I made this channel not to compete with owners/operators, or to share/leak company "secrets", but to hopefully capture as many car washes in action as possible. Hopefully, this also serves as a base to gain exposure to different car wash owners and operators so I can learn more about the industry.
I am based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metroplex, and I film car washes whenever I can.
Uploads won't be that frequent, but will occur whenever possible; I strive for one video per month at the very least.

Sure would be nice to get a call from your corporate office. Too bad you really could care less about customer complaints. You should send me a response saying that you know that you facility damaged my alloy wheels but do not plan to look into it. Nothing like really caring about your customers. I DO NOT expect the Beechmont WhiteWater Car Wash facility to EVER contact me back (even though I have left endless voice mail messages) but anyway - that's what customer service is. I took my 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid to get it washed since it was too hot on June 19th where the employee ground guiding me into the bay had my car too much on the left hand side where it shuddered in order to align with the tracks. I wanted to take a look at my car to see how well the cleaning was because I spent over $1,600 two years ago to have it clear coated and have mainly to hand wash the car to avoid any scrapes or swirling. Upon checking the car when I got home, there were pock marks in the alloy wheels from the pictures I had taken. Anyway - I should have read all of the reviews before coming to your facility which is indifferent to issues such as this. I also left a complaint on the main web site yesterday where NO ONE has contacted me back. And I don't expect anyone to really to. I have also called numerous times now to the Beechmont - Cincinnati OH location where Saturday, June 22nd, I called again and spoke to Chris at WhiteWater where according to Chris - "I do not see any phone logs of anyone calling the office from last week" - which is a lie. When I informed him I called at their number (513) 853-3791 - he replies back and asks if perhaps I had called another number. ? He then tells me that I may have mis dialed the phone number and it went to another phone number. Another lie. I have the call logs where he tells me that it is stated company policy that any damages have to be reported on site, because they cannot assume damages once the vehicle leaves. If that is the case, then how can I perform that when it is right on the main access road and my car would have been hit if I walked out? And how do I know what corporate policy is? They never show you that when you pay for the service. Anyway, Chris then interrupts me, cuts me off - won't let me finish my sentences. He wants to get off of the phone call and does not want to pursue this. I even called the West Chester location where they took my name down and said someone will get back with me. That was Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. Laura from your corporate office took down my information June 30th and said someone would call me back. No response. So far, I have left endless emails and just sent another to White Water along with a Google review and a Better Business complaint also and your facility will not contact me either. The Better Business Bureau had the same experience trying to contact corporate offices: No Response. Hence the reason why your facility has a D + rating.

The car wash chemistries used to be an ncs for BlueWave & ClearWater but now they converted to Sonny’s diamond shine with I don’t really like the diamond shine cuz they took away the scented soap which was previously by NCS branded Pear scent the diamond shine it just smells like chlorine, which I really hate that
I don’t care for how this machine completed the wash at the rear of the car. It would be nice if the petit was capable of kicking the car out/blowers on once SF rear pass completed, and machine returns home while the vehicle exits.

The cloth is black for the same reason River Club Car Wash made their cloth black. I went to River Club car wash (The original site) and the manager said they changed the cloth color to black because people kept mistaking them for Tommy's Express. They wanted to be known as River Club, not Tommy's Express. They also painted the building black, they did these color changes for both River Club sites. So I am guessing before Tommy's acquired Triple Play, that is probably the reason for the black cloth.
In my opinion, there should be more Car Washes built exactly like how this Car Wash was built, but on a larger scale. It should include an on-site auto repair center, gas station, convenience store, at least two Oasis Eclipse touchless wash systems (with prep areas between the pay station and the entrance to the bay), and at least ten more indoor hand wash bays for various types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, boats, RVs, and motorhomes. Hopefully, they can be built in other areas of Texas along with California, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida, especially in the areas of Woodland Hills, Harrisburg, Lycoming, Enfield, Dallas, Houston, Amarillo, Flower Mound, Tyler, Sherman, and Orlando. If you or anyone know about those types of Car Washes in those areas, let me know.
Hmmm… how would they pressure wash the tunnel? When is that long? And how long it takes to pressure wash the tunnel? And how many people if anyone is watching from this ClearWater site
