Than the heat control went on one of them. Have been only able to keep one going when I need two now both are down with no parts available till may. Great product ! The first step is to vacuum out all Crumbs from all areas of the stove before you begin cleaning, with a shop vac. Also be sure to scrape grates in a different area because scraping them on top of the stove will cause debris to fall right back into the stove top.
Tells you to soak the grates but doesn't mention how to prevent rusting after. Dry them off quickly, cover them in oil, then turn the burners back on for a while to fully dry off.
