I know thatthis might sound strange but I would have liked it more if she was accually hurt , like impailed by something and needed to go to the hospital for surgur, to see Sam realy worry for her. Not a fan of that she alway end up totaly fine.
Im surprised that SHE didn't have kids by that Jackass either as well, and if SHE did, HE will probably most likely beat them too and SHE'LL sweep it under the rug by dropping those types of charges and it will be dismissed too. SHE will basically chooses the abuser over her kids. And THEIR will be taken away by CPS.

I want to thank every actor and actress and the writers for making this series, I have it on DVD and I still watch it again and again. It is great writing, it is great acting, it is great entertainment, most of all it tells a great story.
What's sad is that majority of women including the one with Children who are in toxic relationships, stay in situations like that because they too scared to speak out because either they're being held captive or nobody believes them and is not putting a stop to it or they enabling the abuser by allowing them to walk out the facility alive. And they do have abused women who are afraid to leave because if they did leave their abusers, they'll follow them everywhere they go trying to kill them. That's probably why she drop those charges.
It's not the first time this happened and I've watched the whole episode, by the time he was abusing her, her friend jumps in trying to stand up for her against her abuser, but as soon as her friend retaliated for her, all of a sudden, the cops kicked down the door trying to arrest him for defend her, as if he started first. I'm thinking either the girlfriend might have called the police on him. Either way, that was pretty sad at the end from where she drop the charges and still went back to her abuser.
