Hey what's up everyone welcome to my channel! On this channel I do Samurai stuff like art, music, cutting things, unboxing and reviews! My name is Daniel Lopez and I lost my eyesight February in the year 2017 due to diabetic retinopathy now I am a Swordsman I practice Kendo and I a i d o I started swordsmanship as a blind person never practiced it before! :-) I hope you enjoy
There is a tengu mask available in Amazon now which looks exactly this one , but with cheaper price and the rope is different. I guess that one is made of cheaper plastic.👿 👺
Thank you, and thank you for watching honestly. This sword is bad ass. It is my new favorite sword. It is really lightweight and sharp. Period something was wrong with the tatami Mat. Cause I tried cutting it with different swords and they would only absorb. The cuts, but there was nothing wrong with the sword or my form.
Excellent review, Daniel! You offered your unique perspective feeling every aspect of this sword. Very valuable to all sword friends and the manufacturer! Looking forward to your cutting with it. I know for a fact that it's going to be an awesome demonstration of maneuvering the sword through will.
That's super cool dude! I would say it's a bearded viking axe! 🤘💀 sweet! The blade is blackened with a mirror edge, green wrapping and the haft is a rich deep reddish brown.
Right on Daniel, nice review sample. Im a big fan of the unokubi zukuri blades. The cormorant is what the unokubi is named after. Its an common aquatic bird.
Well done. I like to hear your thoughts on the texture and feeling. You perceive things that that I don’t but when I go back and look for them I find them. Cheers
Daniel, congrats on the review sample, this is a great sword to own and use especially for the price, the spring steel is very forgiving and well done in unokubi Zukuri...Thankyou for being an inspiration to us all brother...excellent Job on the review
Shirasaya is the wood storage scabbard/handle....NOT the sword. Yes i know thats what they call it but still. Many swords were taken during ww2 and replaced by wood sword blades...so their owners could at elast keep the saya/fittings and their ancestors legacy minus the steel, leading to demand for shairasayas exploding(and is why the old blades are generally sold in this configuration as the fittings are held with the family/gone) Thats what the shirasaya is meant for.
I think it could be used for concealment as a cain, but you would have to cap it at the bottom and you could put some type of wrapping as reference point to suba, it's location, it's not a battle sword,
