Hi, I'm Garr Stocker aka Garrdian. FIRE! Both a destructive force and a giver of life, a living breathing entity. My style consists of studying the Shaolin monks, Tai Chi, and of course modern contact-staff form. I started with just studying the martial side, along with simple weaves. I found this to be extremely helpful because when I finally did come around to studying contact I had just about every noncontact transition move available in my arsenal. there was a matrix in there that if you had a ponytail tied up right you would have exited with it going around the ponytail, sometimes i do it without even meaning to and your line as it exited and the way it just slightly went up the neck would've done it

I really like this video because your movements are so slow and steady, this is an awesome reference for figuring out some moves I've had trouble with, especially angel rolls, which are really difficult for me right now
