We cant truely live in the present if we want to live with others. Our relationships are based on the past. You love your partner based on who they are in your mind based on who they were until that moment, we dont treat them like blank slates as we would a total stranger when we see them. Edit: although thinking about it, maybe this is the root of many problems, we think we start the day on a 10, as we finished the previous day, week, month on a high; when in reality, the now, we should start at zero, with the new present, not the old past which no longer exists.

The first 2 videos actually are from 'The Art of Living Consciously', but then Part 3 and beyond is from the book 'Living in the Light' by Shakti Gawain.
