Oh my word... Thank you, thank you, thank you Mallory and Estelle. I am a start-up founder and I literally came to youtube with the search term "Building resilience in yourself as a start-up founder being rejected" and your interview came up. I spoke to two men about my business and mentioned that I wanted to build a good company. One lost it and started literally ranting and screaming and the other one scoffed at me. I felt so bad about that but then I thought, something about this is very confronting to the current paradigm. The journey is so incredibly hard. Rejection makes one question everything. You have to have an unshakeable faith in yourself and what you are building to shrug it off and keep going. What gets me through is the vision of what my business can be but only time will tell if I was crazy and delusional or if I had grit and vision. I like how connecting with my own power allows me to approach people without fear. I just decided to conserve energy by making myself soup while listening to this episode. LOL I also love how you emphasize looking for alignment and how it's easier to let things go if there's not fit. I don't have to win everyone. I have to find the right people.
Hello, I am part of a medium sized charity and I reaching out to businesses manually to ask for support for an initiative. I am sending them to a webpage displaying all the info about the cause as well as the goal we want to achieve which is $500,000 However I have 2 questions. I do not want to scare away businesses with the large ask so 1. Should I split it and make the goal $250k. 2. Since I am specifically targeting businesses, I am uncertain on what method of donation I should have on the web page. For example. some businesses may want to donate a larger amount, but may not want to/cannot do so through a regular donation form. Large donations usually use bank wire transfer, so should I have this info set up directly on the webpage or is that too much? would love some help on how I should be approaching the method of donation for companies.

I follow your discussion with Mr John brothers which is very educative and healthy..My coach my humble request to you is that kindly assist my organisation to connect to the funders because what my organisation is after is make impact and become a game changer for the community. We are trying at the local level but our impact cannot be seen due to inadequate funds.The little resources we have as an organisation is very limited which cannot sustain the entire programme.
