Do you want to learn to cook or want new cooking ideas?? I'm Joney, a home cook who loves to share my passion for country cooking with the world. I grew up in South Louisiana, and I learned to cook from my grandmother, aunt, and other family. They taught me how to use fresh, simple ingredients to create delicious, home-style meals. On my channel, you'll find recipes for all your favorite Cajun and Country dishes, like Cajun Jambalaya, Gumbo, fried chicken, biscuits, cornbread, cobbler, etc. We will also be trying new recipes together for the first time on this channel so if I mess it up then WE mess it up together :)
Here are some of the things you can expect to find on my channel: #cajun #cajunfood #louisianafood #cajunrecipes #countrycooking #homecooking #comfortfood #southerncooking #friedchicken #biscuit #cornbread #cobbler #recipes #recipe #tips #tricks #video #kitchen #community #event #events #gatherings
You like doing them on the griddle verses gas grill? I'm asking because I bought the griddle surface for my weber. I'm going to do breakfast on it. Cheers.

Try this next time with your pork chops Fry your pork chops In a blender add about 6 Roma tomatoes, half a small onion, garlic, some Serrano peppers, secret ingredient is knorr chicken Bullion about a teaspoon and some cumin Add to your cooked pork chops and simmer for 20-30 minutes Once you get the right amount of how much of this and that to add You won't be cooking those other pork chops
Just made one with deer meat and sausage... added a little okra and jalapeños... there no rules, and no measurements are ever needed.... god bless y'all from Mississippi
