My honest thoughts about all of them: Corbin had a great one by CFO$ , was matching the way he was walking at the time to perfection, with the red spotlights at the start of his entrance and all. The Jim one is amazing, one of my fav themes of all times, but it never fit Corbin ( for me ) an amazing theme wasted on someone it was clearly not made for, as his CFO$ theme was fitting him better. His Def Rebel one is bad, needs to be changed, and fast. Lashley. Great one from Jim, loved it. Everything he had after that was pure garbage. If it ain't broke don't fix it, WWE. If he ever comes back ( which I highly doubt he ever will, at his age I'd say he's done with WWE for good, but who knows ) , they need to bring back the Jim one. Bo Dallas. Had never heard the one from Jim, so don't know when he used it. The first time I saw him, he had the CFO$ one, which was okay. Don't like that Jim one, one of his few L in my opinion. The CFO$ one is not great, but at least was fitting the character, so, that's all that matters. The Def Rebel one is absolutely awful. Cesaro. Never liked the Jim one. The music during the chorus is okay though, but don't like the vocals, and it doesn't fit him. The CFO$ one is absolute garbage. The Def Rebel one sounds great, sounds god-like, but was not fitting Cesaro at all in my opinion. Gallows. The Jim one is generic af, and bad. The CFO$ one is great, the best one he had, by far. The Def Rebel is very bad and needs to be changed, fast. Naomi. Did she ever actually used the Jim one ? I don't remember her using it, at least. Anyway, it was made for Ernest Miller, and was fitting his WWE character perfectly so that's all that matters. If WWE then re-used it for Naomi, then it's a bad choice from WWE 'cause it doesn't fit her at all, but the theme is great, for Miller's character. The CFO$ one is her first theme ( for me ) since before that she was using Sasha's one when they were together with Tamina. Her CFO$ theme was fitting her perfectly, sounded great. The Def Rebel one is garbage, they need to bring back the CFO$ one asap. Rollins. The Jim one isn't really his theme, it was the Shield's theme, and then used by Roman, but Rollins never used it in solo, so... It's a lot more Roman's theme, considering he kept using it for a long time once the Shield split, than it's a Rollins one. Anyway, both the CFO$ and the Def Rebel ones are awful. Poor Rollins always had garbage themes in solo. The Shield one was meh, the original one ( Tazz ) was a lot better, but this remix they did for the Shield, I never liked it. The Usos. Oh man, the Jim one... The nostalgia hit me real hard with this one. Miss it so much, miss those Usos days so much, would love to see them back with this style and this theme. The CFO$ one is good, but not as good as the Jim one for me. Jey solo is very similar to the CFO$ one, except the CFO$ one sounds slightly better, the Jey one is a downgraded version of the CFO$ theme, and the Jimmy solo is bad but to be fair it ain't one of Def Rebel's worst ones at all, it's actually one of the best ones they did imo, better than the Jey one for example, at least for me, but it's still bad. Doesn't fit Jimmy, for me, but the theme itself ain't that bad compared to everything else they did. Woods: Had never heard the CFO$ one, no idea when he used it, had only heard him using the Ernest Miller one after Clay used it too. The Jim one ( New Day ) is okay, but I personally don't like it too much, mainly because everytime I hear it, it brings me back to the first night we heard it, with this stable of 3 guys randomly put together and who made no sense at all ( an Intercontinental champ, the ex dancer manager of Clay, and the ex bodyguard of Ziggler, like, what the hell is that stable that came out of nowhere ) . It's also because of this theme, that we never heard S.O.S. ever again, and considering how much I love it, that is unforgiveable for me. Because of all that, I can't like the New Day one. The Def Rebel one is very bad.
I'm 36 I grew up on Jim's music in wrestling so I broke down this video and scored points 3 for 1st and 1 for 3rd on every track and I was shocked when I scored it I ended up giving Jim a score of 20 out of 30 def got 18 out of 30 and freaking cfo got 21 out of 30 what gave it to cfo was Luke's song its literally a re used them for ether a jobber or was on a pp. back in the day not Jim's best work given him that song
Jim Johnston distilled the unique qualities of each wrestler into a deeply individual anthem for each gimmick. CFO$ loved to go for a heavy and frenetic sound, it was a mixed bag of hits and misses, but when they got it right, they made some bangers. DEF makes royalty free music.
This theme was so cool, but it didn't fit the "lovable losers" gimmick Bo and Curtis had at the time so they changed it. I absolutely HATE that one, but I get why they did it, hahahah!
