very good for sure, the only problem here is the extreme amount of oil use for do just a fried rice, really a lot , gonna be very high on calories and fat , turn out kind of junk food for the nutrition value
The cooking on the hot plate is ok, however when they serve the food onto the hot metal and customers use the specula to pick up the food and put into the mouth, and touch the hot surface again, I think it is so unhygienic!
Is everything cooked in these giant frying surfaces in Japan? So far I know only about these greasy pieces of meat, but there are lot more I suppose...
