Thanks for including 2 of my works to be in the exhibition Paper Trail: Working With Paper. It was nice to meet you and talk with you about my work, and also to hear and see all the other artists included in the show. Thank You, Robert.
Your poems are beautiful! and connect to many of our experiences with our elderly patients. The sadness and helplessness stay in our hearts. Thank you for sharing these difficult feelings with us.
I enjoyed the history, the process, the energies, and the art! This was so interesting to watch!🥰❤️My paternal grandfather worked at Hutton brickyard for many years. His brother got him the job after WW2- he emigrated from Italy.
I grew up in Verplanck, a hamlet just south of Peekskill on the Hudson River. A great by-product of the brick industry (at least for us as kids) were the clay holes that were left behind. When we had enough of swimming in the river, we'd use the Tarzan swing at the clayhole.
Wonderful show! These zoom sessions are so informative and give deeper meaning to the art work and the artists behind the creations. Thank you for everything you do for the art community Robert!!! We love you!
This is just a beautiful expression of love and time passed. I love your explanation of the work, and am so glad that emotionally, it gives you a sense of peace. You are a very special artist.
Thank you Kathryn. It is a pleasure to be exhibiting Shelley's work in this show and in others as well. She is a very talented artist and I look forward to including her work in more exhibitions. You can view and purchase additional pieces of Shelley's work through the Emerge Gallery shop: www.emergegalleryny.com
