What’s going on, everyone. When I first started with this channel it was meant to be about logging my attempt at making many positive changes for myself. What I learned in time after moving from New York after 30 years is that everything takes hard work, but you have to enjoy the ride. While the very first set of videos are about me learning and sharing those lessons with you; what this channel became was everything that made me reach my goals in order to help you reach yours. I’ve had a lot of fun and look forward to more. If you do more, you will be more!
Ricky my love, I am sorry for what happened but, you don't need to build muscles in Iowa lol 😂... Anyways, same I had car accident and totalled my car too and I've developed anxiety on and off which I never had before. On the other hand, eating healthy is tiring sometimes, but whatever makes u feel good do it!!!❤
Thanks for the encouragement, Len! It may not always be easy to live a life of discipline, but I’ve tasted that life and I know it’s worth it. I hope you’ve been getting better each day from your accident!
Ricardo excelente demostracion como siempre me gusta tu explicacion paso a paso y el resultado un riquisimo sandwich que uno quiere comer ahora. Esperamos otra presentacion
I just got one today, a double version, and made my first sandwiches. A lot of times I skip breakfast, and sometimes I get sandwiches from Casey's or Hardees. Neither place uses Muffins, and the prices keep going up. Trying this unit, I have never had a hotter, better cooked breakfast sandwich from any fast food type place. Plus, I can use whatever ingredients or cheese that I want. Try spraying the surfaces before cooking. I'm definitely going to use it a lot! This thing is not a gimmick, you don't have to toast the muffins, cook the egg separately, then mash it together. I recommend it.
I'm about to grab one from the local store and I'm excited because I love a good fried egg breakfast sandwhich, who doesn't, especially on a English muffin! Big savings when you consider $5-7 saved each working day!
Yea those rings are a pain to clean. And the hinges too. It’ll get to a point where you can’t remove the ring assembly without pliers. But if you use the right ingredients you’ll be fine. Bays English muffin. They are already sliced! Any ham thin slice, cheese on top of the bottom muffing, and the kicker, an egg, with Tabasco Chipotle sauce adds a smoky flavor, cooked long enough the sugar from the ham carmaelizes . Do all these things. Then see if it’s a pain or not
Yes you’re right. I heard something about the shell itself being used but that wouldn’t explain the color. Ultimately it has the same calories/protein as egg whites which is enough for me 😊
Considering the macros of these I think they are excellent. I actually like the berry one more but like the chocolate too. I was really missing my cereal until now but had to give it up due to how high calorie for such a small amount even the “healthy”ones are.
Yeah man one thing is knowing there’s macros-friendly cereal, and another is one with an excellent amount of protein. I’m not gonna have it all the time but it’s good to know such products exist.
Yeah even this is a simple product to use, there’s more and more tricks you can learn with it. I’ve gotten a lot more effective with this. Thanks for the tip!
You can cook breakfast meat on this. I cut turkey bacon in half and lay the strips across the bottom plate like a tiny skillet. I've also cooked sausage patties and it turned out great.
@@dirtydragon9 I use it on and off when I'm in the mood for these in the mornings. And yes, it's more convenient than a pan. Now if you don't want a whole appliance that prepares everything for you there's a plastic thing called Easy Eggwich that microwaves the egg in the same shape quite effectively. I used to use it before I got this.
@@dirtydragon9 I personally don’t. And haven’t used it since the video, but that’s because I love to cook, and I’m open to trying new things. I wouldn’t knock it for people that just don’t like to or like kitchen gadgets.
