Avoid #Hindware products at all cost. Bought their smart geyser Atlantis last year and it stopped working within 10 months. Chasing them since 3 weeks, they do not have spare parts for replacement. #NotsoSmartDecision

Service team will screw your happiness to the core and customer care will provide you all the service centre numbers from executive to regional manager but no one will pick your call or repsonse back.. Their Servicing technicians are over busy. So i am already regretting my decision of buying HINDWARE rest is your choice..

Dear Hindware Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received regarding my Hindware geyser. I purchased the geyser(approximately 1.5 years ago), and it has malfunctioned. Since then, I have filed 6 to 7 numbers of complaint on separate occasions WHRSYL28UP0002, WHRSYL28UP0007(complaint # [Your Complaint Number - WHRSYL28UP0029] being the latest). Despite waiting for over 3 months, the issue has not been resolved. All customers complaint closed without customer consent. This prolonged delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable. The constant back-and-forth and wasted time have caused significant inconvenience. I expect a prompt and efficient resolution to this problem. I do not receive a satisfactory response even after 3 months of complain, Personally spoken to your management team in Noida (Dev bhati then his boss-Nand Ram, Then his boss -Gaurav) why you hire this kind of management who is not fit for this job most inefficient staff. Now they are not answering my call, message, ignoring their customers for which they are paid. I forced to escalate this complaint to consumer forums and social media platform.

The parts of the closet like the flush button, battery box are very costly . Flush button was not working within a year of buying the closet and cost me 3800 rupees.
