Can't understand how rise in income pushes the demand curve shift upward..... If income is more people would have the liberty to spend more ...they don't need money from mrkt/banks ....which ultimately has to push the interest rates down as to attract borrowers.... People buy more bonds when they hv ample money for their daily txns, in that case frequent buying of bonds will discourage the interest as we hv studied that bond price is inversly proportional to the ROI...... Really can't understand how rise in income will cause the interest rates go high....
