Oh yes, the city of Perth is so close to a galaxy far, far away that you could almost catch a space taxi to the Mos Eisley Cantina for a cup of interstellar coffee. ☕ #CloserToTatooineThanAdelaide

This is absolutey priceless, from someone not born and bred here but has been here for 35 years it sums it up perfectly, you should do one one the Holiday ritual of going "down South" over the Christmas break
Spooky! Just listening to JL commentate on first day of Oz vs Saffer test match at home in the Perth hills, saying the words "shown & known" pronouncing them "showw-wen and knoww-wen" and up pops this in my YT feed! 🤣
Hi, Folks. LURRRRVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Azza born-n-bred West Australian, I can relate to all of this stuff. Thank you, Block Branding. Just my 0.02. You all have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.
Shame this vid didn't include a section on WA's legendarily shit drivers. "Most people in WA live not in suburbs, but in the right hand lane of any multi-lane highway, because they are the shittest drivers on the planet"
BTW, to this day, my sons both sometimes say “Yeah, Nah!” When we moved from WA to VIC, they were 9 and 11 and they are now 19 and 21 years old so that Old Western Lingo somehow stuck in their psyches…
My whole family is from WA, mostly from Geraldton but there are a few Perthons in there as well. However, I was born in Rotorua, New Zealand and lived there till I was 17, when I moved to Melbourne. When I was 28, my husband died and I moved to WA to be near my family, most of whom I had never met. My Dad also died about that time, so Mum moved “back home” to Gero around about when I did. Gero’s great, my own family is great, but certain of the locals were total arseholes and some of them were in the WA Police. Damn you to Hades, yaBastards! 10 years after moving there, they forced me to move back to Victoria. I miss the Subtropical Sun, the No Frost Weather, the sparkling pristine beaches and most of all, my amazing and enormous family! I don’t miss the Corrupt Dicktards who think they run the show and I especially don’t miss the WA Police! Like I said, Damn You, God Damn You All to Hell!!!
Just like Utopia with Rob Sitch, this is not just comedy, it’s a documentary. WA can keep WA, I’ll never travel there after their border closure as if they are a separate country. Better still, can we ship you all back to Britain.
