Will women be part of the team to take the ship from the bottom ? Will they risk their lives and dive to secure the ship ? Will women work in the shipyard and repair the ship ? The answer is simple: NO. Women want only to take the "nice" part of the job - being in the bridge and shouting commands. Like children ... The real work is, was and will always be in the hands of men - the only creators of the civilisation.
