Utrolig kedelig skæbne for Pernille desværre.

Every day, we have a choice in the morning-to let ourselves down or to take action and create the life we want. I don’t make excuses or wait for the perfect Monday to start. Let’s be honest; it’s not your food, shoes, or the weather's fault that you didn’t take the action you planned. Every day, I go running in the morning, even before breakfast, because that doesn’t matter. The excuse I hear most is: "I can’t run before breakfast, and after I’m full." My response is: How many hours do you plan on running? Of course, if you have diabetes or a similar condition, you need to eat, but otherwise, it’s just your comfortable thoughts trying to hold you back. I conquer my lazy thoughts that tell me I need to eat. If you had dinner yesterday, you have power in the tank today. As David Goggins says: "You are in danger of living a life so comfortable and soft, that you will die without ever realizing your true potential." Challenge yourself and break free from your excuses. Your potential is waiting.
Hehe.. Already 1 week after I took down 2,25 Mi on 12 minutes (Coopertest) and 2 weeks after 3.000 altitude meters on stairs- The stairs killed my legs more than the run!! 😃😃
I had an old friend Rawb (amazing old gentleman). He told me once "man(kind) poses the strongest endurance on earth." He said: "humans can outrun every animal on earth." Just not in sprint or short distances, but long distances and endurance." And i believe it. Theres those tribes in africa where they chase deer for days. Then when they cant run any further they walk up to them with a spear. And the deer cant run any further. Kinda sad. But a testament to human endurance. ❤️🌿🕊️✅
Exactly! There are those tribes in Africa that go many weeks without food and it’s proven that they hunt better. We are to comfortable in our lives now a days. 💪☀️
