I ordered a part from WeBike Japan and it was defective. I asked for a refund/exchange and customer service said they “talked to the manufacturer and we’re told they inspect parts and don’t send out defective items” and now you refuse to refund or exchange my product. Is this what kind of customer service I can expect in the future?
