Any particular reason? The next parade of this scale won’t be for many years when the next jubilee or even coronation/funeral happens! The closest thing to see would be the King’s Birthday Parade in June or the State Opening of Parliament currently scheduled for the 17th July where you will see members of all three services and their bands on parade!
@@MilitaryBandsEverywhere A very important reason, the fight for our Countries back, all proud British together x I'll have to see if they still have local brass bands😄 x
The algorithm just randomly threw up the video for me, but it's nice to see that I can see replicas of the original Hungarian hussar uniform all over the world. For us Hungarians, it is makes our hearts flutter.
I spent 17 years in the South African Air Force Band and subsequently almost 21 years in the SA Army Band. Good to see my "Pommie" brothers. As a trombone player, it was also good to hear a bone feature. Weel done for keeping tempo in the "Mark Time". This was one thing we could never get right as we always increase in tempo on the "Mark Time" unless the perc section kept time. This is unfortunately a problem throughout our military and a major peeve of mine. Great to hear a few marches that we also performed regularly including the Royal Air Force March Past.
Aren't they marching across a bridge? I thought you werent supposed to walk in sync across bridges...? I guess it's big enough and strcturally sound enough to not be affected. Edit: it is indeed westminster bridge.
