First time on your channel - "liked" and "subscribed". Exquisite riad and very well priced .. Quiet, clean street. Inside, very well renovated with pleasant colors (the furniture might be of cheap quality, who knows). You don't say whether it's freehold or not?
In litres per minute I can't tell you, but there is ample water for both the trees and a domestic supply for the house. There is a mains water connection in addition to the well, which is never used.
Great show, Mark. Plentiful water equals endless possibilities. Luxury private home/equestrian estate? Luxury boutique resort hotel(and equestrian estate!). At any rate, I hope the new owners will put a strong accent on the agricultural potential. Great property. Thanks for bringing it to us. I wish them the best. 😊
Great job, Mark. Here’s my vision. Small, all weather sitting room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on the first floor, sharing the bathroom and hammam. And finally, the main living area on the terrace, with the kitchen improved. Perfectly doable considering the mild climate. I plan to keep as much of the existing paint and tile finishings, as possible. Trying to keep the whole project just at 100k.
Great viewing. A really unique property. And though it would be a wonderful boutique guesthouse, I would love to see this transformed into a luxurious private home. 😊
@@chrisclarke7828 🤣 maybe I should start wearing Nike rather than Décathlon sandals! I occasionally take them off and shoot barefoot, but the terraces get very hot at this time of year!
Hya Mark , I f I ever come over to Morocco I,ll let you know and I,ll buy you a cup of tea and say hello. I bought the old Daimler conquest from you years ago. The Gearbox ended up saving a freinds car , and the dash gauges went into another , My car ended up in Belgium in a collection over there . The Vauxhall HB was used for many years and was finally crushed when the rust bug hit the bodywork badly, the rebuilt engine was added to a generator that powered a garage, for the tools and the light, Father used .. Nice to see your getting along well .
How wonderful to hear from you. I'm so glad the Daimler and Viva helped as organ donors. I have very strong memories of both despite it being so many years ago. You're very welcome to visit us in Morocco - and perhaps check out Salim Bekkari's mouth-watering collection. Best wishes from all of us in Morocco. I hope you are well - if I remember you were worried about your eyesight?
