For a lower time student/pilot that can afford their own plane that will meet the needs of a growing family, look at a fixed gear cherokee six or saratoga. If you get quotes, you’ll find retractable gear planes can double the insurance cost esp for a new pilot. Or if you’re comfortable with the risk, get liability only and self insure the airplane.
How did you overcome the insurance hurdle? I’m starting my journey for my PPL and decided to purchase my long term airplane (Bonanza A36) and train in it out the gate.
That plane has four rear seats but yes it would be bad to put four people in the back of that. Unless your wife and little kids. The seating is more if you want to switch seats. For me I'd take the middle seats out ad say it's a limo for four people. That plane can't carry six grown adults or wouldn't be wise to try.

Did it ever occur to you that the reason things are dirt cheap outside of the us is that we as a country have maxed out collective credit card. We are taxed to death. When business is taxed at outrageous rates you're paying for the item and their taxes with money you were already paid income tax on. When you go to countries with low taxation you pay for the goods and services and not outrageous taxes on taxes...... Not unbelievable just reasonable.

You seriously believe that the dollar goes sometimes 10x as far in other countries because it is taxed 25% in the US? You realize that other countries have taxes too right? Or maybe it could be because they are making a dime to your dollar.
Americans are so fucking blinded it’s unreal. Even when you get out of your own country you are still ignorant. Yes the steak cost $9. But that’s a lot of fucking money when you only make $200 a month, which is the average monthly earnings in Argentina in US dollars. That stake costs 4.5% of a local persons entire income.
