wait... its all fake?! this was one of my favorite shows to go to when i would visit family in CA. always cool to see behind the scenes stuff like this.
@@fastaussie so badass! I'm actually putting together a little documentary about the history of the WaterWorld show, talking to current and former cast members - hmu if you're interested in being on camera to talk about your experience!
13 years later. You still working at Universal? And how did you get that job anyway? I grew up on the Miami Vice show back in the late 80's and early 90's, but I have seen waterworld a few times while on visits back to Los Angeles. Awesome show indeed. Thanks for the behind the scenes video.
nah mate, i worked there for one year, although it was mostly just for the busy summer season. i simply flew to California and auditioned for the job at one of their annual auditions. then when i got it, i made the move...
@@fastaussie i know. But they stopped using the blank ammunition on the revolvers. If you notice they only have the shotgun with blank ammo. They stopped in 2014
@@fastaussie they probably dont want to spend money on the blank ammo or maybe they are becoming lazy. But they replaced the blank ammo with a sound effect. The show used to be better.
How do you even apply to be part of something like this, this will be so cool to do, be part of a show, entertain, do stunts, and make money doing it, that's a fun job
