This channel features my videos of steam engines and heritage railways from around the UK.
Took a break from RU-vid in 2016 but now I'm back creating videos that hopefully you enjoy and show off our wonderful heritage railways and steam locomotives in the UK.
I am based in the South West of England and I am a volunteer fireman on the West Somerset Railway.
As most 2 year old my son loves trains, but his love seems to go that little bit further. He gets so happy with tears in his eyes seeing these trains. Thanks for the video
Clearly a labour of love. Excellent knowledge of where to film, and so much demonstration of the power of steam. Congratulations on a well executed video.
I can’t sleep without something I’m voluntarily listening to. this has been a real lifesaver for me and bonus my dreams now seem to have steam locomotives in them now
If you want to see some recent amazing footage of steam train chasing check out a young girl from the UK named Matilda River Walden that just posted an amazing video of chasing a steam train in the UK. It is rather exciting if anyone would care to watch it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S9i-AHFrabc.html&lc=UgyJe9mSBh_89N3D8TJ4AaABAg.A2Iy3JmlWYxA2J1pnRV-Zk I love you train enthusiasts. :)
Interesting/entertaining. Excellent photography job enabling viewers to see 👀 the trains🚂. Travel thru different scenery.Viewing this presentation from the comfort zone of my computer room. Well done to all involved in this excellent clip! The magic of steam stays forever in one's blood, one's eyes, one's ears and one's nostrils! I am an eighty-year-young and proud South African, and watched our excellent steam trains regularly as they chuffed their suburban way from Simon's Town station to Cape Town station (slightly uphill) with their inimitable, hard-working chuffing which my grandmother explained was "I think I can, I think I can I think I can". The trains from Cape Town station to Simon's Town station (slightly downhill) chuffed a very different, faster language: " I knew I could, I knew I could, I knew I could". What wonderful memories!
