Again I'm very sorry for the poor quality in the first dare, I didn't notice it and I don't know why the resolution in the first dare is so bad. But the next dares in this video are in normal good quality.

I have a dare for you: The Escapists, but it’s realistic. (Do this in the hardest prison in the game that had a laundry job. You’ll see why it needs a laundry job.) Food: you have to eat 3 meals a day. Restoring 50 fatigue via food consumption counts as a meal. Missing 3 meals will result in death, you can make up for a missed meal by restoring 50 fatigue through consuming food items. Bladder: A toilet must be flushed once every 4 in game hours (hours sleeping do not count). Going 12 without fulfilling this need will result in death. Sleep: Must sleep every lights out or restore 200 fatigue a day via sleeping. Hygiene: Restore 150 fatigue a day by showering. You only have to restore 75 if there is a bar of soap in your inventory. (Must be raw soap, no sock mace) Exercise: Gain 100 fatigue a day via workouts. For every strength workout, you must do a speed workout and vice versa. Clothing: Outfit must be changed daily, said outfit must be unworn by others. (This is where the laundry job comes in) Fortitude: You cannot be knocked out more than twice. Going a full day without getting knocked out will allow you an extra knockout so long as you have not gone more than 2 days without being knocked out. Failure to fulfil these needs will result in you deleting your save and starting from square 1.
