does this work for charging iPhones (lightning port) using USB-C port on power brick? I bought a similar box and that didn't charge iPhone using USB-C to Lightning configuration. It worked fine in USB-A to Lightning configuration. but I had to return the product because I use Power Bricks with USB-C ports now. USB-A ports are history. can you please confirm if it works for you - usb-c to lightning configuration?
Okay. So If you only use the cable and adapters provided with this product. You can either directly charge the iPhone using the 65W type C cable with the USBA to type C adapter on one end and type C to lightning adapter on the other end. It will work. I don't have a power brick with type C port so I used the USB A to type C adapter and along with the 65 W cable and that also works fine.
@@unboxingthingsidontneed yeah this works. Usb-A connector on one end and lightning connector on other end. Using power adapter with usb-a port. This charges iphone. But if I only use the usb-c cable with lightning connector on one end. N usb-c on the other end. That seemed to be not working in my case. N I have no clue why would this happen. Do you have any power bank with usb-c output to test it ?
@@ketley2aug I actually have 7 power banks and it works on just 2 of them, because the cable is 65W and the power output on the two power banks I used also have a power output of 65W so its just a compatibility Issue. If you get the the power bank with the same wattage as the cable it will definitely work.
@@unboxingthingsidontneed alright. Appreciate your reply. Thank you. I’m still doubtful about the usb-c port working with lightning adapter to charge iphone since i used official apple adapters and even a 65W adapter from CMF nothing, and a powerbank. But i will look into this more and try different things. Thank you.
@@ketley2aug Do Try. When I use the USB A to type C adapter provided within this product with the apple lightning cable that came with the iPhone. It works with all the power bank, Syska, MI, Coolnut, URBN all that I have tested .

Hi brother , how is it compared to canon pixma g6070 , there are not so many reviews of that orinter , I just need for photo printing for personal use and school pdf prints thats it , which is best 1. Quality 2. Value for money
How it's working now? Can you say the black and colour print cost per page? Any issues apart from paper changing issue you faced till now . Kindly reply and guide me
@@indiancitizen_Official Hi, it’s working great but unfortunately I can’t tell you the cost per page. Earlier the product page had cost per of both colour and black and white but now it’s not. But I can tell you it will last you a long time. I had purchased back up inks and still have not used them and the inks in the printer that came in the box are also still there. That’s all I can tell you. Most of them time you will use black ink so nothing to worry about. Besides in the box you get two bottles of black ink.
@@indiancitizen_Official Are you a photographer ? Becasue, if you are you go for bigger printers if your budget allows it where you can show more details or your work. You can get great quality print but that will depend on the photo paper you are using. Matt or Luster will have great feel or appeal as compared to Glossy and how you have retouched your photos.
@@indiancitizen_Official HP 790 is also good but the price is a bit more and the print speed is slow. But the customer service is better than Brother. A lot of people have been complaining about brother customer service.
@@muralidhara4516 Hey, everything is good except for one part, I sometimes change paper from A4 to 5x7 or 4x7, that’s the only struggle. Everything else is good. I have not tried talking to the service. I have not faced any issues until now. Rest is all good. Ink could be a bit cheap.
Hi, Can you tell me if this would be a good printer or HP/Epson/Canon. I have a budget of 20k and want a printer for printing both sides. What do you think would be a good option.
@@sinhaashutosh50 hey, considering the speed of this printer and the ability to print both sides, auto scanning and able to photocopy two or even 4 IDs in one page. This is an easy choice.
@@unboxingthingsidontneed Thanks for the reply. One more thing I would like to check. I see that this model is like 4-5 years old. When I order through Amazon/Flipkart, do I get a printer which is manufactured 4-5 years back or is the manufacturing recent. Would like to know because many companies provide products which are manufactured long back
@@sinhaashutosh50 Hi Again, The printer which you will get new or old will depend of the stock that the supplier has. If the supplier has really old stock it will try to send you older stock but that only happens when the product is bad. I don't think it will happen with this one . Besides you can check the manufacturing date using the serial no. Mine says Jan 2023. I purchased in August 2023 . In any case you will get warranty from the date of purchase. I have received some used products . Not printers. So I just request for a replacement.

@@unboxingthingsidontneed yeah planning that only cuz diwali sale is pretty close. I have some doubts, How's the photo print quality in glossy paper as it's dpi is low 1200 x 600? Does this have cloud printing ie print from anywhere? Does it's ADF support 2 sided to 2 sided photocopy?
@@mananagarwal7002 Glossy prints are good but it only supports Upto 220 gsm paper. Your other two questions. I will try tomorrow and update you what I find. The resolution is mentioned as 1200 x 6000 on the product page.

@@harshithag5769 Hi, I purchased brother printer a lot after the Kodak mini printer. Kodak mini was just out of curiosity and practically it has no purpose. It did not cross my mind to buy a real printer when I was buying that small Kodak mini. Please don’t waste your money on that small thing. The only purpose it serves is show off. Buy a real printer.
@@harshithag5769 In hot lamination, you do not need any Glue just heat the lamination machine and you can use the lamination pouch. It takes slightly more time. But in case of cold lamination you need a glue and it takes less time.

Hi.. how is the glossy print? I bought a canon printer which gave it roller blade marks or pizza wheel marks (like someone had poked needles in a line on the photo paper) on photo paper.. does this happen with your Brother printer? Also, does the paper jam due to duplex printing? How is the printer after these months?
@@therealvampirella02 ohhhhh. Hi, this does not have any of those issues. I have printed both sides and it operates really well. No such issues. Glossy paper and normal paper are both excellent. It works really now even after some time. The only thing I don’t like is when I switch paper. From A4 to small. Rest is all good.

three more questions - Can we give multiple duplex print documents instructions and leave the printer.. without any manual steps in between - Whats the minimum table depth for a table to keep the printer - How this model is with respect to hp Inktank 750, any other printer in your opinion better than brother 820 In planning to order this , your review is highly appreciated
Hi, I have not tested printing multiple sheets with duplex instructions but I can try it and update you early tomorrow. 2. You can keep the printer anywhere there is no minimum table depth needed you just need to keep it away from dust and always keep it covered. 3. As I write this Brother printer costs 18899 and hp costs 23999 without discounts, and there is some difference. I print different types of paper like (4x6, 5x7) where i get some error message from Brother 820 which i don't like but I am thinking that wont be the case with Hp. So if you need to print all kinds of sheet then go for hp or else Brother is good. I may buy and review one more printer but it will take some time. I will update you on the first question tomorrow morning.
@@unboxingthingsidontneed Thanks alot, again appreciate your kind help and quick response. I have hp ink tank 410, seems it has a sensor which works well in some cases and if correct paper size is mentioned during print instruction, it doesn't give any error.
