A phobia is not just affraid of something and you can do it when you got cheered up, there must be something frightening happened to her that she have that phobia, and you can’t force them that serious issue. I don't know why people are praising this. Being forced to confront a phobia in an environment that is not dedicated to her psychological safety is not ok. Yeah, she did it, but I highly doubt she's "over it" or healed in any way because of this experience. She didn't want to do it and she's surrounded by people telling her, in gentle and soft tones, that she has no choice. This whole situation is very upsetting.

this sucks. i have Thalassophobia and i feel like i'm going to die in any body of water that get's deeper than my shins. it's an awful feeling, just imagine feeling like your going to die from drowning or creatures in the water everytime you get into water. must have been what she was feeling.

I could never I have a big fear of water and it’s amazing that she did that She had many opportunities to not do it and was even close to giving up but she went bad on her own accord which is very very brave There very well could’ve been forcing behind the scenes but from what we saw she could’ve quit The staff however should’ve never put her in this situation in the first place They should’ve asked the members if they were comfortable with water beforehand She has a phobia and probably felt forced to do it even if she wasn’t The staff really fucked up on this one

i have the same phobia SeolA has and Idk how she did it in just one day because i would’ve never gotten into that pool ever… she is very brave

these people in these companies really don't give a fck about the mental well-being of their artists and it shows. I'm glad seola has members like yeoreum that help her deal with this stuff. I'm glad they all got eachother. hope companies start caring more about idols' mental health and stop using people's phobias as some form of entertainment.
