Despite owning 3 different *Panasonic Platinum* series boomboxes, a *Yamaha YST-C11* boombox & a *AIWA CX-NV8000U* system, when it comes to listening to my favourite cassettes & the radio, this machine is by far, my most favourite to do just that on. And for the money, it is certainly the best $12.99CAN I have ever spent on a boombox, as well.

Hi, it was just using a scart cable as this is an old tv too. For more modern tvs and monitors you may need an analogue to digital converter which can be bought for under £10
Hello, I've just bought this unit and I was wondering if you had any idea how to disable the on screen display? I'm trying to record using a capture card and a message comes up at the top every now and again showing the audio status and it's ruining my recordings, also what rewritable dvds would you suggest to use with this? I keep trying to dub from video to dvd but keep getting disk err when I put a blank dvd in, thanks
You have to press the record and play buttons and the "function" switch must be on "tape" mode. To do this without cassette, inside of the cassette deck it is a piece of plastic in left up corner that you have to push it a little and the press the record and play button, while holding them close the deck cover. Hi. Im wanting to purchase this. Can you tell me if it records VHS tapes onto DVD. Need the old tapes copied onto DVD. I came across your video hoping you may show how to record. But it doesn't.
