It would be nice for his music to be included on the soundtrack of Neuromancer (if it will ever be such a movie or series, anyway)! To be honest, I can't get enough of him (or his music), right now!
My note length live.menu object is buggy - it only works for 32n for some weird reason - It goes from to 127 for everything from 1n-8n. To make matters worse, it then goes to 125 for 16n. 32n gets 63, which intuitively feels better but I'd need to divide the note length by the bpm to be sure. Changing the BPM did nothing to change this. I'm in live 12 Did something shift?
The Creative Commons website specifically says "The only categories of works for which CC does not recommend its licenses are computer software and hardware." What other options are there?
That would be more like a workshop or tutorial type stream, if the guest wishes to do that (and we invite them to) they can and are welcome. There is some that have done so, like the one with David Zicarelli
1:08:38 - Very curious about this, but no idea what this question is about. Can someone point me in the right direction please? This is a great series of videos, loving it, thanks guys!
Thanks. Not even half of the things about this man have been touched upon here, however I found this highly intriguing nonetheless. Christian is a Creative powerhouse. His OWN music is often trying completely new ideas not only with structure and melody but of course sound design and processing. His effects and instruments throughout the decades have been very inspiring. His name has always been around for me, as a big lover of IDM back in 00's. Then there is Max For Cats and all the inspiring instruments and devices they've offered. Big fan of the way Christian approaches music and you should really sub to his You Tube and check out his music hear a truly unique take on a myriad of thoughtful styles. Thanks C74 for this one. Sorry I missed the QA. Big EDIT: Oh, and BTW, Meld and Echo are fantastic. Echo blew my mind when it dropped, esp the noise textures and then Meld with its unconventional way of providing everything needed for a full track. Sometimes when I have the modulation matrix full-screen I feel like I am mixing elements in an highly experimental laboratory-like fashion. It's hard to resist trying connections between elements that maybe I would never do otherwise in another synth. Very well thought out in concept and the result sounds fab.
