BGC is really a nice cozy place to stroll. However…..however…. going to BGC is like a hell. Traffic is extremely frustrating. You will hate going. If you plan to go there, better rent a ABnB in the heart of BGC. WHEN you plan to go somewhere outside, leave as early as you can.

Wow eat all you can. I used to love buffets but now, I don't really see the point of overindulging. The pressure of "getting your money's worth". Luckily, that is a choice. This is definitely a very nice business model.

I visited the PI 2x this past Year and a half and stayed at BGC in Manila on half of my trip. The ONLY TIME BGC is a bit Quiet is between 1-4 AM and even that there are enough people on the streets just roaming around… plus the Call Centers that most of this buildings are Occuying works the wee hours.

I replayed the video and I saw two benches occupied by a male in white t-shirt, the other one occupant is not clear. It is 1:00 am and if they live in one of the condo in BGC, they should be home at that time 100% they are homeless, later on they will bring bed sheets, pillow and cardboard mattress.

Aloha! 👋 and thank you for watching! 💕 If you want some laid back and cozy vibe, rockwell is great for that. It also has an upscale mall that is less crowded than other malls in Manila. Poblacion on the other hand is more busy area and very opposite to Rockwell. Also P Burgos in Poblacion is more lively at night as it is known as Makati's red light district.
Philippines will be building the SKY MANILA, they would put Metro Manila's 100 km x 100 km land area up by 50 meters using 500,000 posts. There will be three levels, the ground level is the existing land, all vehicles would use the ground level, hundreds of MRT and LRT would use the second level and therefore reducing massive amount of vehicles using the ground level and less traffic, the third level would be vehicle less area, yes no cars, trucks, jeepneys. SKY MANILA is walking , jogging, biking, scooting area. It will be full of skyscrapers no less than 300 meters tall, condo, hotels and offices. Hundreds of parks, huge malls, millions of restaurants, thousands of hotels, several thousands of factories using all electric. All vehicles will be full electric, non-electric vehicle are not allowed. Many swimming pools, basketball, tennis, football courts, and many sports venues. Hundreds of entertainment arenas. It will have airport for helicopters or any vertical take off planes. This will be finished in 2035. Flood will be the thing in the past.
