I remember doing this with the RM. Problem was we were Royal Military Police, on an Adventure Training week, 1983 and 84. Our OC was f@cking nuts. Can the image the joy the Booties had with a bunch of 'Monkeys'? I went in, not worried as I was ex-Coldstream Guards and did Pirbright, them hearing this left me in there a couples of seconds!! Funny bustards!🤔🤣
I’ve had previous experience in the Irish army I am Javelin Qualified and SF qualified I completed my PJFA yesterday top marks in palace barracks however when i enquired about day to day operations and deployments in general the marine from 30 commando signals said the marines are dead under funded and rarely any opportunity for other courses and qualifications ? That’s the reason I left the Irish army is this true I hope not.
@@Utlathram80 it depends on what they are doing but pace wise can be from 9 minute miles up to 12 minute mile pace. And walk up hills, run down hills and flats.

It doesn't matter what they look like, it's what's between the ears. If you looked at a group of lads starting training and said pass or fail based on looks. The people you said would pass would probably fail and the ones you say fail would pass.
