My dad past away just 2years after my mom,and godddd what stress ,I brought home 4 cats from shelter and godd what energy transformation,I can’t believe I didn’t cried only that day then I was like calm and accept the passing like something normal,even though I realized how painful the lose of a parent is,but somehow I don’t know how it transformed my spiritual feeling into peace acceptance of nature of life

I didn't pick my cat she pick me. My cat was giving to me as a gift. And wow i always said my cat is my heroe . I was going through depression, anxiety attacks and many other things at that moment when she was giving to me. Im so thankful for her.❤❤❤

@WisdomoftheUniverse88 i find them entertaining. These ideas of spirits and demons make for a really good movie or book. I love the Harry Potter series, supernatural, paranormal activity, drag me to hell. All amazing stories that awaken feelings of fear and curiosity. However I also understand the line between reality and fantasy. These haunted places are just that. They are a fantasy story passed along to many people. The mind is so powerful that if you believe in such a thing as spirits, you may feel, hear, or even see them. In reality they are not there. When a person leaves this place through death their soul does not linger. That would be silly. Having unfinished business is not an explanation because literally everyone has unfinished business. I think appreciating magic and supernatural as an escape from reality is fine. However it's also important to know what is real and what is not.
20 yrs ago my husband became ill. He knew his illness was terminal but I didn't know it at the time. Before he went into the hospital he told me to get a cat to keep me company but then said get 2 so they will have a companion. I first said no, but changed my mind and got 2 10 week old kittens. That was the best thing he could have asked me to do. He didn't want me to be lonely and I wasn't for 18 years. I fell in love with these beautiful friends. They were my family. They both died 2 yrs ago just a few months apart. I miss them everyday. God then sent me 3 other cats who are outside cats which they prefer but I have provided shelter. I know God sent them to me.

You don't lead a cat (unless you have food), you follow a cat. When you own a cat, it reacts differently than a dog: a cat's trust is earned, and can be unearned. Their love is not as unconditional as dogs, but once you win their trust, unless you do something horrible (such as abandoning them), they are your BFF. Dogs tend to just generally seek approval as pack animal instinct. Cats are very perceptive, and very good at detecting emotional energy and auras. Their soft fur and purring is very comforting and relaxing once a cat accepts you, trusts you, and you have befriended it. Living alone with cats reminds me to take care of myself when I take care of them. When a cat is hungry, it doesn't just let you mope in bed. The cat will wake you for breakfast, and remind you when it is time for dinner. If you are too engrossed on electronic devices, my cats have helped me by doing things like moving in front of the computer monitor, or trying to play with the phone or tablet, even biting the edges on occasion. By the way, toys can be an easy way of distracting a cat if you catch it right before it uses its claws on something you don't want it to. Just make sure there are things they CAN sharpen their claws on. When outdoors, cats naturally would use things like trees, large pieces of bark, or stumps to scratch.

Having had a pretty traumatic childhood, there is no doubt in my mind that having the presence of cats in my life did not only help with so much of the suffering I endured as a child but also have had a significant, positive impact on my becoming the person I am today. I've had my loving, affectionate black cat since he was a kitten. He always seeks me out a bit like a dog might do. At age 16 he was still able to jump over our fence to the neighbour's yard when tradesmen came to the house to do work. He got caught in a tree but was fine. He's now 19.5 years old, still sleeps on my bed, seeks me out when I'm watching TV, eats like a horse, walks up my stairs, occasionally trotting/running (although his legs are weaker now), meows like he always does, he isn't skinny like other old cats, and still has his beautiful purr. The only things wrong are his vision is less and he's practically deaf, and his legs have weakened (no jumping the fence now). I can't wait to see how long he lives. Each year my Dad says the cat will be gone next year, but guess what? He's still here. Definitely a spiritual companion. We have a great bond.

Although.......first of all,you must know about the bond between the cat(s) and ME. And you found out! I was an only child from old parents. And on top of it all,my mother had to undergo a treatment which prevented her from get ting any more kids. Well,well,,that brought my mother to certain ideas. Namely to adopt a CAT instead of another human baby. So..I grew up with my parents as an only child,but for me a reason more to observe my cat.And since I learned a lot. That the cat was my brother in my youth.

So glad the universe sent me this message today! At age 69, I’ve never owned a cat before. My mother wouldn’t allow them growing up, calling them evil. So up til now I’ve been a “dog mom”. But earlier this year, we lost our 12.5 yr old pit/lab mix and I decided to take a break from having ANY pets for a while. A few months ago, a kitten; just a few months old wandered up to our neighbors house. They took him in as a companion to the male adult cat they already had or thought their daughter might want the kitten as a pet for their granddaughter. The daughter nixed the idea because they wanted a female and their adult male cat did not take too kindly to another male cat..not even a kitten. Over these last few months, the kitten; named Cookie by the neighbors, would come into our yard early in the mornings when my husband went out to drink coffee. Hubby grew up with cats and always enjoyed their company. Occasionally I’d join him for coffee and it didn’t take long before I too was in “kitty heaven”! Cookie is such a cuddle bug…so loving and affectionate and funny as can be. So when our neighbors told us they had to find another home for him because their other was becoming aggressive with Cookie, the decision was an easy one to make. Cookie or my little prince as I sometimes call him has literally stolen my heart and I believe I could just sit all day with him in my lap and caress him, listen to him purr and laugh at his antics.

After putting my cat down because she had cancer, I swore never to have another animal. But, the Universe had a different plan. An abandoned outdoor cat kept visiting me and I just couldn't resist taking care of him. Little did I realize that, like my previous cat, he's taking care of me.
