2:41 when he says that line in the first episode... He's an angry, hate filed boy with no power who want's to destroy every titan... when he says it here; he's an angry, hate filled man with ALL of the power!; Who want's to destroy everyone that would not just let him and his people be on their tiny island behind their walls... Monster's are not born, they are formed...
Eren(4x3): Every day I'm here, I think: Why did it ever come to this? Damaged minds and bodies...Their freedom taken away...Even losing themselves. If people knew it would come to this, nobody would go to war.But most people are pushed by something, forced to march into hell. That "something" wasn't their choice.Their situation or others made them do it.But people who push their own backs see a different kind of hell. They can see something beyond the hell. It might be hope. It may even be another hell. Only those who keep movingforward will ever know.🔥🔥🔥
Honestly idea of rumbling is bs… Like i mean if they spread and go everywhere eventually there would be hundreds of km between them, so they cant destroy whole world or even anything close to that.
A good did not like the marleyians, and for people who going to hate this comment. The marleyians destroy paradis, send spies there, enslave them, and even use them for their own benefits.
It feels weird that all the ships just formed a line. Why didn't some ships fire from the flanks or even from behind? And why are they not using their zeppelins for air raids?
About the zeppelins, was a cost and difficult technology for their early-1900's like industries to handle. All the zeppelins that existed in the world was on that final fortress. That airplane used by Armin's team was the only airplane in the world.
@@brunomatheus3803 The Martian alliance had several months to prepare, they knew the Rumbling might be coming and they knew that their only advantage in such a scenario might have been the sky.
@@matthiasmoser6096 yes, but you have to understand that produce zeppelins in large scale with their technology was literally impossible. It's technology were like ours before WW1, not even tanks existed in that time, it was a recent discovered physics, machinery and industries was not able to create that enormous volumes of complex mechanisms to have a lot of aeroships, most of them had to be done by hand... And after eren attacked Liberio, the rumble started just a few weeks later, Markey and the rest of the word was damaged by their leader's death, and even with all world focusing in doing aeroships, it would cost much more than few weeks. Now a days we can make it easily, our industries are large computerized, we can build in scale of atoms, but for they, a simple car was a ridiculous rare and expensive thing
Not condoning genocide and/or omnicide, because what Eren is doing here is objectively awful. That being said, this is the living, breathing definition of the phrase "you brought this upon yourselves".
2:36 hits me with such strong feelings, that creepy expression on his eyes brings back all the pain and suffering i've watched the people of paradis getting through all the way back to year 2013 when the anime started
with the battle ships they literally couldve won if they just put in more effort, also main artillery is literally last ditch and the end so why weren't there just more ships????
nukes, they could've struck the moment they came as well, probably logistics but if they were really invading it shouldn't have been much of a problem, coastal defense and battleships off the shore
I just realized as i rewatched this, the marleyans firing cannons at collosal titans is a nod of how eldians felt; when wall maria was attacked by a collosal titan and eldians used cannon balls instead of artillery shells.
Brave men defending their nation from the terrorism of Eren Yeager. Using the justification of his mothers death even though he made sure his mother died in the past.
Every so often I get randomly suggested scenes like this by youtube, and every time I am reminded why I don't bother to watch shit like this. Where's the tension? Just a doomstack of limitless and infinitely powerful monster, the whole world is doomed, and the only way anything else occurs is if the author tosses in a Macguffin to save the day last-second.
@@alixfarron6730 I already have the answers, that's precisely the point. Either the author tosses in a Macguffin to save the day or the entire world ends. The super-massive titan was interesting for its uniqueness very early on, but now there's apparently a limitless amount of them. What next? A planet-eating god-titan? A galaxy-devouring cosmic titan? Does the size and number just keep going up until it's just an edgy clone of DBZ? Really the answer is the Macguffin. I already know how this ends and the journey with disposable characters being killed off faster than they're introduced isn't interesting.
@@Poolehful There is no next. Idk what MacGuffin you're talking about, characters aren't MacGuffins. If you meant deus ex machina, no, this anime doesn't use that either.
@@alixfarron6730 nah i was a huge fan of season 1 and 2 but it went downhill, youre telling me the rumbling set people on fire by proximity but Hange was able to fight them for 2 whole minutes getting extremely close to the titans? Its just dumb
@@a.e.i.o.u2951 Yeah, people enjoy the bigger picture of the story than some small technical inconsistencies. The drama, the tension, the story, those things.
@@alixfarron6730 that is extremely arguable and from a narrative standpoint AoT is very mediocre at best specially their characters (which define the story itself)
