What a bad and harried wrap-up of so many subplots. Anyway, we know Michael will likely die in prison, Eugene will help the Feds bring down Big Mo' and her whole organization. Meanwhile, the Italians will continue, strong as ever, with evil mother-son team, and will eventually find the grandson, smoke his adoptive family, and find some way to introduce the boy to "the life." Corrupt cops and smooth talking mayor will have their backs. One of the worst endings of this kind of series I have ever seen. Then again, it's probably the only way such meandering series could end; a hodgepodge of some-win, some-lose.
Some episodes felt like a drag. I watched season 1 and the first 3 episodes of season 2 then skipped to the last episode. I don’t think it needed a third season at all just written slightly different to clean everything up. Honestly 1 season could’ve been enough
Brian Cranston gives another award winning performance. Everyone is great ! ANDRENE WARD HAMMOND who plays BIG MO is superb ! She scares the shit out of me ! 😂 CAN'T BELIEVE they canceled the show and left crap like The Chi on !
Overall I think it's a good thing. Season 1 was perfect, season 2 was :/ I was surprised there even was a season 2, I was like okay bet next episode. Some of it was cool, but the whole thing was unnecessary and brought the show down as a whole
One thing though about season 2, props to Eugene's actor for losing weight and making Eugene an actual character. He went from the fat quiet kid to a really cool dude who could actually do something in life besides the streets, don't blow it dude, you got away with murder!👍
So much negative new about Russia these days. Better Than Us shows a completely different slant on Russian culture and people, and one that conveys a positive viewl. Like most countries you can love the people and dislike the governmebt. Thanks to Mr Kessel for a very compelling and pure fun presentation.
No Janet never heard Maddie and her mom’s argument, Maddie said her mom killed her spirit which thinned the veil so that is why when she was sitting there crying she heard Janet and Mr. Martin arguing in the fall out shelter area.
"Wolf Like Me" is a captivating series that truly surprised and moved me. Discovered through a TikTok video, it drew me into a deeply human and touching story. The actors excel in portraying complex, nuanced characters that left a profound impact on me. Gary, brilliantly portrayed as a widowed man, struggles for the well-being of his daughter following his wife's death. His daily life is a relentless battle for survival, and he goes to great lengths to ensure his daughter's happiness. His character exudes rare emotional depth, and his journey throughout the series is both poignant and inspiring. Mary, on the other hand, is a woman shattered by guilt upon realizing she was indirectly responsible for her husband's death. This revelation has isolated her from the world, leading her to avoid emotional connections for fear of causing harm to those who could love her. Her path to redemption and rebuilding is deeply moving and offers a poignant emotional perspective. What particularly struck me about "Wolf Like Me" are the perfectly balanced touches of humor that support the emotional weight without overshadowing the narrative. The series masterfully balances raw emotion, love, and hope, creating a show that captivates through its depth and ability to touch the viewer's heart. Additionally, the series features magnificent scenes and sublime colors that enhance the visual experience, adding an aesthetic dimension that complements its emotional content beautifully. In conclusion, "Wolf Like Me" is an outstanding series that deserves to be discovered for its exceptional performances, emotionally rich writing, and sensitive exploration of universal themes such as grief, guilt, and redemption. It's truly a gem not to be missed on Prime Video. "I'm a French woman who has just discovered this Australian series, and it's absolutely magnificent. Can't wait for Season 3!"
Just finished watching it, loved the show but 2 seasons is enough. Anything after that would be dragging it , and to me they did a great job of giving fans enough closure, probably bc they knew it would be the last season
Potentially great series that progressively weakened over time, and ultimately fell apart at the end. Of course, the introduction of domineering females ruined the show. No 3rd season please.
