Any one that would TREAT AN CORVETTE STING RAY IN THAT CONDITIONS IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT IT'S CRIMINAL DISRESPECTFUL TO DO AN CLASSIC IN THAT DISREPAIR IT WAS SADDENED TO SEE THE CAR IN THAT CONDITIONS
I've only seen one or two brown interiors in a 70 Mach 1 and one was in a junkyard. So how can it be all original if it's a true SCJ with A/C? Why don't we get to see the Marti report? And its a non-tinted glass car. Most A/C cars had manditory tinted glass option. His Detroit locker description is incorrect. It's most likely a Ford T-Lok.
Way too much cash for a post. (sedan) Back in the day a post was not desirable cept for Gramps. Still not far as I'm concerned . The HT was the cool car not the sedan.
The split you see at the top of the windshield posts , is a seam that the factory leaded over after welding . They all crack there , unless you grind out the lead and skim coat it with bondo . Its not hurting anything, so leave it alone .
@jamesbosworth4191 it's already a welded. seam from the factory , that was leaded to cover up the welding . Besides, bondo if done right doesn't leak . Primer on the other hand is porous , and will rust , if not sealed with paint .
@@Autosportco DelRay was in 1958, one step below the Biscayne. In 1956 it was 150, 210 and Bel-Air. This is the middle range model, 210. 150 didn't have a full length trim on the side and interior was a bit less well appointed.
@@1940limited Delray was an unbadged trim level of the 210 beginning in 1954. Main features were the all vinyl seat covers and carpet. It was a half step between the 210 and Bel Air and was only available in the two door sedan. Personally my favorite of the Tri-Fives. Interior colors in 1956 Delrays were black and white (they called it ivory), green and white and turquoise and white. Blue and white was available in 1955. Of course the Delray name was repurposed in 1958 for the bottom trim level, replacing the 150, with “Biscayne” replacing “210”.
