I’m half way through and one question that I never hear asked and answered when it comes to “Mental health” is the question How is your spiritual health? Your soul is the wellspring of life and it’s often spiritual health that is being neglected and abused. This is a good start and an area that can be discussed further and deeper over time.

Interesting topic. Made me just recall my graphic design portfolio which was out dated by 15 years and never could focus on updating it. I would think about it, look at it, but never make any progress. Then this week I had my first interview for a graphic design position which I hadn't been given an opportunity to get to that stage before in a long time. This gave me a good week to good through it, rethink on how to modernise it and make it look more appealing to the company and make me feel more positive to show it. This really pushed me to update it and make it looks at least 3x better than where it was. Now, even if I don't get offered the position at least it was the kick up the backside I required to update my graphic portfolio. Thanks for sharing this topic Si.
I know this man. He has changed my life. I was a wreck with all the mental and physical health issues you get from childhood abuse and a life of drugs. Ive been with dave almost 2 years and the changes are insane. I feel privaledged to be in limitless❤️🙏 respect to both these men🤘❤️
Dave is a genuine Man. I grew up in the same area at the same time, albeit I’m older. He describes his “former” self accurately. I didn’t like him. Fortunately our paths didn’t cross too much at that time because I was as ego driven as he was. I’ve since got to know todays Dave. He actually popped up out of the blue and joined me for a few miles on a run I did for charity, his support was very much appreciated. I subsequently joined Limitless and have benefited from Daves coaching. I hold nothing but admiration for Dave. Top Man. 👍❤️
Music gigs where I can dance and move are always raising my vibration, with that sound and beat.. the feeling of connection , feeling of freedom . Absolute best thing in my life ❤️ no doubt
