Hello, ask ko lang po kung mag base po si Supervisor sa absence ksama po ba un file ng vacation, spl at mandatory, paano po kung sa extended sick leave at meron naman pong Medical Certificate, base po kasi pag absent ka wala ka pong performance, khit po ba nag kasakit ka apektado ang ratings mo?

hi mam, what if a committed activity was not done during the rating period, should there be a rating for it? or if it will not be rated, should it be counted as divisor in determining the rating? thanks

ung core po more on what your job description or designation is. ung strategic more on strategy nyo as an organization/unit/agency/institution which is long term sya kaya meron tayo mga strategy refresh.. hope it helps

thank you po maam for taking time preparating and sharing this very informative video. question lang po: hindi po ba lahat ng nasa Work Plan/IPCR ay isasama sa OPCR or as in lahat po ng entries doon ay need ilagay. napansin ko lang po kc na d2 po sa sample opcr ay pili lang po ang nakalagay as in yun general lang po yata.

May difference po ba ung Individual Development Plans sa IPCRF na ginagamit ng Deped, (different format po kasi) pero pareho pong Individual Development ang tawag, IDP

Good day po! Possible po ba na madagdagan ang success indicators sa IPCR kahit hindi po na-commit o kung may nadagdag na additional output na hindi naisama sa deliverable na sa assessment period na lang lumabas?

Mam paano po kung during the transition from UWP to IPCR, walang item sa isa sa 3 functions ang employee? Kunwari po wala sya item under strategic objective, paano napo ang weight distribution? Adjust nlang po ba sa core at support functions?

sana po maam makatulong ito kasi ang ganda ng goal ng PRIME HRM kaso sa actual hindi naman yun nakikita sa ibang mga leaders just saying lang po.. minsan ..the other way around kaya tuloy aloof mga subordinates sa boss nila due to discrimination

minsan po may mga indicators din na sobrang mataas or mahirap ma achieve..may mga tools na kung susuriin mo ay talagang masasabi mong wala ka pa...sana po yung mga basic talaga ang hanapin o achievable..di pa po nakakita nya sa PRIME pero based from other assessments and validation madidismaya kana po agad.

Hi Maam, good day po. Ask ko lang po kung optional lang po ba o kailangan po talaga mag pasa ng Performance Rating kasama ng ibang requirements kung mag aapply sa government agency? Lagi po kasi itong kasama sa listahan ng mga requirements kapag pino post po sa CSC job portal. Thanks po.
